“I think that this is the 6th cruise I have booked with cruise 118. Everyone is polite helpful and extremely efficient at their job and the price is right. I have not found anyone better (and I have tried) this is why I always come back . Nothing is too much trouble 5* from me.”

“The concierge who handled our booking was wonderful. She dealt with all our queries and ensured that we got the booking we wanted as quickly as possible.
