“We were recommended Cruise 118 on a recent cruise and had not heard of them before so thought we would contact them. Jen was so friendly and helpful and we were delighted with the cost of the cruise and all the information given in an easy, friendly and professional manner. “Excellent service from Andrea who has booked our cruise for next year aboard the Celebrity Excel. Being specific honest and so helpful in the journey so far. “Made a phone call at 18.30 on a Saturday night to enquire about a cruise I had seen but required two cabins. “We have just booked our 3rd cruise with 118 and as usual everything was explained so well by Kym. The price of our total package for the cruise and Rocky Mountaineer was so competitive, we don't know how you do it but keep up the good work! This time we are travelling with another couple but wanted separate booking information which Kym arranged with ease.”

“This is our second time booking with Cruise118, having used them last year, and once again the experience has been simple, easy and excellent. Communication has been great throughout, both by email and over the phone, and their prices are very competitive too. We’ve booked again for this year and the process was just as smooth. “We’ve booked with Cruise118 last year and now again. They always seem to offer the best price, beating cruise companies directly and other agencies. I’ve booked by phone by talking to Jennifer. I have no idea how she does it , but always offers the best price and is very helpful. The booking process is very easy with her help. Overall it’s always a smooth process and great value.”
