“I have used Cruise 118 for many years now wouldn’t use any other Cruise agent.Always get excellent service,so patient and very informative.Ask any questions and they are happy to help and answer your queries never feel hurried and their prices are excellent. “We dealt with Scarlett and initially there was a bit of a glitch in the system. I needed to book both my wife and myself along with my sister and her husband. I booked myself and my wife on line and Scarlett very helpfully made sure we were exactly where we needed to be on the ship. She linked our bookings so we could dine together and made sure we had the right codes for discount. Excellent service and competitive prices we will use Cruise118 again.”
