“we booked our trip with Dale Robinson who was very helpful and had good knowledge of the company and ship. We have been cruising for sixteen years and this will be the first time with cruise 118 so we are looking forward to our Caribbean cruise in 2026'”

“Have just been on to your live chat was in the middle of discussion but obviously you don’t want my business as you ended the live chat no explanation nothing so I will go elsewhere Not very good business is it”

“Ellie Bridges very helpful on matters various. Any problems were devolved from CelebrityXCruises. There is a move towards using Apps by Cruise companies for comms. This is discrimination in that not all guests have mobile phone, or are with mobile that can use Apps. No suggestion by CxC as to alternative provision. As in if no app do this.”

“Ryan tailored our request for a cruise & railway journey. He got back to us with the details which was within our budget. As we are relatively new to cruising he explained the finer details of cruises. I would have scored 5 but unfortunately the previous concierge never got back to us after our initial enquiry which is very unlike 118. Overall happy but please make sure that concierges do get back to you on the initial enquiry. Thank you 118.”

“Why don’t you quote single person’s rate when you advertise on your website? I will tell you . Some cruises lines I checked up on charged 2 and a half times the price for singles. Wasted phone call.”
