“Spoke to Craig Day who was very helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Got us a great price, was insightful and would have no hesitation in going straight back to him when we book again. 2nd time we have booked through Cruise118 and would recommend them for sure.”

“I tried to cancel the cruise as my granddaughter could not do the dates. I was disappointed that they couldn’t cancel the cruise, I only booked the cruise two days ago, I got right back to them when I New we couldn’t go on the dates.”

“I anyone is thinking of booking a cruise then it's this Company to go to - and always ask to speak with Paula Malloy. Dealt via Paula for many years and always recommend HER to friends and family and there has never been disappointment - in fact, she goes the extra mile to accommodate all requests. Have always found price, delivery, follow up to be first class. Over the past two years cancellations, refunds have been sorted with no problems. Other staff to whom I have spoken have always been very helpful.”

“After trying to book a cruise on your website I couldn’t find all the answers to my question, I called and spoke with Cruise concierge Kenneth Mconachie, what a breeze made everything easy and straight forward, answered all my questions, although it was a little more expensive I was happy to pay the extra to be confident that my booking was done properly.”
