Excellent service from cruise concierge Emma O’reilly . Great organisational skills by Emma ;- pre cruise stay in New York for 3 nights , flights to New York and the cruise itself on Royal Caribbean’s Anthem of the Seas ! All tied together wonderfully with no stress - booking as a package with Cruis118 gives safeguards of a fully protected booking ! Emma also give me some sound advice on the cruise ship, the cruise itself and the pre cruise stay in New York . So a big shout out to Emma O’reilly for an amazing service ! Highly recommended at a super price as well !

We had a group booking that was for original sailing in 2020 but due Covid things changed, we eventually all moved over to a new sailing and we go this August 2022, at one time we had to iron out a few things that had cropped up and thankfully we got through to a Kenneth McConachie who was superb and understood everything we needed and simply got things done with no fuss to ourselves.

They are quick to take your money but when the cruise company cancels your cruise they hold onto your deposit and says it will take 6 MONTHS to refund it . They don't answer emails or calls.DON'T book with this company,however good the price looks .Check trustpilot for similar reviews

Thank you for your review, rest assured your comments are very important to us, we are very sorry that firstly your cruise holiday has been cancelled and also that you are having difficulties with reclaiming the deposit. It is well documented that the Travel Industry has been particularly hard hit due to the volume of people's travel arrangements that continue to be affected by this awful virus and also by the global aviation turmoil and we as a business are no exception to this. It is for this reason that we had no choice but to follow the guidelines set out by our cruise line partners and our governing body which is ABTA. We understand the frustration but due to the number of guests that are waiting for their refunds senior management has implemented a policy of refunding guests in strict date order, by doing it this way it remains fair to all our guests. If you are still awaiting this refund, can I kindly ask that you contact our customer relations team to discuss the matter further so that we can check the progress and ensure all is in hand on your behalf? Please include the WOR booking reference in your correspondence. I had a cruise cancelled with Cruise118 and they have yet to refund my deposit. It has been 2 months now and I can't get any response to my emails or get hold of them by phone. They may be ok when the holiday goes ahead but they have no interest in customer service if its cancelled. Had to go to citizens advice to see what to do, they told me a package holiday should be refunded within 14 days, I understand them delaying refunds in the worst of the Pandemic but not now. Will never ever use such Cruise 118 again as they are a disgrace, if I ran my business the way they do I wouldn't have a business to run for long

Recently booked my cruise in October on the Sky Princess with Kenneth at Cruise118. This was the 1st time I have used Cruise118 as I have previously used Thomas Cook. Kenneth was excellent and was able to provide me with detailed information about the cruise and knowledge on the ship which was helped by the fact that he had been on the ship on more than one occasion himself. I would certainly recommend Cruise118.

Brittany is my go too lady for all my cruise requirements, she very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I feel I get a proper old school travel agent experience as Brittany treats me like a VIP client rather than just another number.

Brittany Bennett was extremely helpful - also well informed and professional. She adapted original quote to suit our requirements better , followed up her email quote with a polite telephone call , adapted the quote again , and we confirmed the booking with her through another call - excellent service !

our cruise consultant was so helpful, his name was Kenneth McConarchie (not sure of spelling) friendly & definitely knew what he was talking about. Which is quite refreshing. He took us through the whole process of exactly what was included. Flights transfers Ship, cabin drinks package wifi . return flights we are confident we got a very good deal . we would recommend booking with Ken at Cruise 118 many thanks for all your time & expertise.
