“I just want to say what amazing service I have always received from cruise 118. I have booked a few cruises now and I especially want to recommend Paula Molloy. She is SO knowledgeable and friendly, she has guided me through pre Covid and extremely confusing post Covid cruises. Nothing is too much trouble for her. I would recommend Paula and cruise 118 to all my friends. I have already booked again for next year!!”

“Our 2 previous cruises were in non pandemic time and were arranged through our friends who are regular cruisers. As we are travelling alone this time we were introduced to the services of Paula Molloy. Her service and knowledge were invaluable and inspired confidence in her ability to cater for our needs. She appears to work extended hours and helps wherever needed to satisfy our requirements. A first class representative for the Cruise 118 organisation”

“Kenneth was very professional and helpful throughout the booking. We had a slight issue with the allocation of the cabin but Kenneth soon sorted this out and reconfirmed everything. He was extremely knowledgeable and I would highly recommend his detailed and thorough service.”

Nothing was a problem for Andrea and she always kept us updated throughout the booking process and no matter what we put her way she delivered each time, in my opinion going above and beyond in terms of customer service. “As usual friendly and helpful staff at 118 cruise's. Sam sorted out our next cruise for 2023 just been on brittania in may with family with p&o and even though taken 3yrs to finally set sail, it was fabulous . since 2019 cruise 118 have sorted all problems during cancellations, due to covid, moving booking, all questions answered. So went with again to book. Easy online view booking system & staff always on hand to help with any queries etc yes highly recommend”

“Sam made the booking process easy, and was able to tailor make the pre and after cruise arrangements to suit us. I haven’t given five stars as we haven't taken the cruise yet, and as they say ‘the proof of the pudding will be in the eating.’ So i will review again afterwards. I must say I am looking forward to it though.”
