“Made a phone call at 18.30 on a Saturday night to enquire about a cruise I had seen but required two cabins. The phone was answered my man called Jamie I honestly couldn’t be more grateful to him he was very helpful and patient while helping me making the booking. “We have just booked our 3rd cruise with 118 and as usual everything was explained so well by Kym. The price of our total package for the cruise and Rocky Mountaineer was so competitive, we don't know how you do it but keep up the good work! This time we are travelling with another couple but wanted separate booking information which Kym arranged with ease.”

“This is our second time booking with Cruise118, having used them last year, and once again the experience has been simple, easy and excellent. Communication has been great throughout, both by email and over the phone, and their prices are very competitive too. We’ve booked again for this year and the process was just as smooth. “We’ve booked with Cruise118 last year and now again. They always seem to offer the best price, beating cruise companies directly and other agencies. I’ve booked by phone by talking to Jennifer. I have no idea how she does it , but always offers the best price and is very helpful. The booking process is very easy with her help. Overall it’s always a smooth process and great value.”

“Ellie was absolutely fantastic at booking our Mediterranean cruise for our honeymoon! Arranged absolutely everything including flights and transfers etc, all we had to day was pay and not a single thing after that! “We have many cruises under our belt, and have booked with various companies as well as directly with cruise lines. My preferred method of booking is by far with Brittany Booth at Cruise118. I have relied on Brittany for a few years now resulting in her knowing exactly what we want from a cruise. Brittany will always go above and beyond, regardless of the extra time and work it inevitably makes for her, and she never fails to be polite and cheerful. I have never felt awkward about asking for anything, no matter how large or small the request is, and will always contact Brittany for support and advice when making a cruise booking, as I know she will always do her utmost best to create a personalised package to suit our wants, needs and preferences. Brittany conducts every phone call and email with professionalism and kindness and always replies promptly. I cannot thank her enough.”
