I was supposed to receive a follow up call as there was a possibility I may amend my booking but I haven’t and it’s only 9 days before I have my holiday! I also wanted to book some excursions but again no follow up phone call.
Feeling it’s a Terrible service at the moment.
The initial booking went well and I did receive an excellent service but this changed once I had paid for the holiday!
