“A very strange thing happened today. I contacted a company for assistance and not only did I receive the service I expected, unusual these days, they went above and beyond. Ellie B you are one in a million. You listened and communicated perfectly and ultimately booked my family of 10 on our first all together cruise with a cruise company that had made it difficult for me to do so. You made it a pleasure. Do not stop being you. You are amazing! Based on my experience, if Ellie's efforts represent the standard at Cruise118 I have no hesitation in recommending them to future customers.”

“Booked our last minute ( 2 months before departure) Cruise with Cara Forsberg . From speaking to Cara on the first phonecall it was clear she was "on it" Bright, clear, concise with excellent knowledge. Cara has a lovely calm, patient attitude when you are mulling over ideas of what you want to do. We are doing a cruise with stays in different countries around the cruise. Cara sought out the hotels we were looking for and got some fab deals with upgrades, trips and extras. Such a fabulous experience and I couldnt recommend the booking experience more with Cara she is a credit to 118.”

“Not being IT literate I phoned Kate to request information regarding shore excursions related to a forthcoming cruise and how to obtain the required information. Kate was extremely helpful and was able to download an Email re. two of our port calls, suggested ways of accessing the information, and, should I not be able to gain access, suggested that I could phone her again tomorrow for further help. I was very grateful for her patience and I have subsequently been able to acquire the necessary information. Very many thanks for your help Kate.”

“I first made contact with this company following an internet search. From the outset I don’t think I could have been handled more courteously by Kym. I have neither cruised nor travelled all inclusive before! Kym displayed endless patience while navigating her way through my endless queries. She followed up on her first quote with an email and was happy to provide alternative quotes before reviewing one quote and being prepared to better it, which she did! Thank you Kym for an extraordinarily wonderful service and guiding us through our endless queries. It’s a pity our first cruise is so far in the future. “We booked our Christmas cruise this year through Georgina Dawkins at Cruising 118, and she has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Georgina was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and so helpful in making sure everything was perfect for us. She went above and beyond to secure us a brilliant upgrade, found us the best possible deal, and even arranged a lovely hotel that’s conveniently close to where our family will be staying. Her knowledge about the cruise and destinations really put us at ease, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
