“I,'ve lost count of how many times we,'ve booked with 118,always through the delightful and ultra- efficient Lexi.Nothing too much trouble and always good advice.Prices always good.Only ever had one problem and that was the fault of Singapore Airlines and not 118.Would recommend this company highly”

“Dealing with Dan at six star cruising is delightful. My first experience was last year - he listens and helps with every aspect of what is needed by the individual. Personally, I do my own 'homework' on pricing so that I have some idea of what I should be paying so that when Six Star quoted I knew it was competitive. I requested all my final paperwork in written form not just by e-mail as we are 'senior citizens'. We did experience problems with transfers in Mumbai and this is being handled by the relevant department at Six Star.”

“Scarlett was very helpful in booking our cruise. The headline price was similar to other online agents but Cruise 118 were offering a further online discount which made it very competitive. However, this was not working properly. Fortunately Scarlett was able to resolve this to our satisfaction.”

“My wife and I saw a cruise, with hotel stay add-one, on another travel agents site, but as we also get exceptional service with Cruise118 I spoke to Kym Bacon who offered to look to see if they Cruise118 could match or better the price of the other travel agent. Kym came back to me with a much better price and improved ship accommodation. The holiday is Celebrity X cruise Singapore & Malaysia Nov 2027 plus pre stay in Singapore and post stay in Bali. Very impressed with Kym Bacon at Cruise 118”
