“A very strange thing happened today. I contacted a company for assistance and not only did I receive the service I expected, unusual these days, they went above and beyond. Ellie B you are one in a million. You listened and communicated perfectly and ultimately booked my family of 10 on our first all together cruise with a cruise company that had made it difficult for me to do so. You made it a pleasure. Do not stop being you. You are amazing! “Booked our last minute ( 2 months before departure) Cruise with Cara Forsberg . From speaking to Cara on the first phonecall it was clear she was "on it" Bright, clear, concise with excellent knowledge. Cara has a lovely calm, patient attitude when you are mulling over ideas of what you want to do. We are doing a cruise with stays in different countries around the cruise. Cara sought out the hotels we were looking for and got some fab deals with upgrades, trips and extras. Such a fabulous experience and I couldnt recommend the booking experience more with Cara she is a credit to 118.”
