Ellie was absolutely fantastic at booking our Mediterranean cruise for our honeymoon! Arranged absolutely everything including flights and transfers etc, all we had to day was pay and not a single thing after that! Would 100% recommend Cruise118 and especially Ellie as your holiday rep! Going to book another cruise for this year through this company and Ellie! :) 10/10!

We have many cruises under our belt, and have booked with various companies as well as directly with cruise lines. My preferred method of booking is by far with Brittany Booth at Cruise118. I have relied on Brittany for a few years now resulting in her knowing exactly what we want from a cruise. Brittany will always go above and beyond, regardless of the extra time and work it inevitably makes for her, and she never fails to be polite and cheerful. I have never felt awkward about asking for anything, no matter how large or small the request is, and will always contact Brittany for support and advice when making a cruise booking, as I know she will always do her utmost best to create a personalised package to suit our wants, needs and preferences. Brittany conducts every phone call and email with professionalism and kindness and always replies promptly. I cannot thank her enough.

Shelley was excellent, she was very knowledgeable of Celebrity Cruise line and could answer all the questions we had about our choice of ship and cabin. We’ve just booked our 61st cruise and only the 2nd through Cruise 118 (recommended by my son last year). The consultant, who’s called Bryony was incredibly helpful, found us a package that we really liked, and went out of her way, to assist us in all aspects of the booking process. The service provided by Bryony was exemplary & everything she advised was later confirmed in writing. So, well done to Bryony - thank you very much, for all your hard work 🙂

Cruise Concierge Jennifer Stevenson gave us a 5 star experience when we called to enquire about a cruise for 2027. She was friendly, knowledgeable and took on board all our requests. She provided us with some great options and was efficient with the information she sent out to us. Amanda was very helpful, professional and a credit to the company. Reassuring in offering to contact Cunard for my Husbands Loyalty status to be matched. Mine had already been accepted. She promptly followed up with information needed. Which on completing the form attached it only had USA as country no drop down to UK only Puerto Rico!? Was this intended for American voyagers ?? So I was unable to complete it myself. However, I have copied the information from Cunard she obtained and contacted a concierge? Who I hope will help. Amanda, you were brilliant! Watch this space.
