“on booking my cruise for my family - 5 cabins Katie Lodge help me together the best options for me. she was excellent. Unfortunately the IT side seems to be letting me / cruise 118 down such that on my bookings I have an issue . Bethany initial started to try to get it fixed but unfortunately to no avail. Now Jill Davision is working extremely hard to obtain a fix for me. I must say Jills support in understanding my issues then keeping me informed on what's happening is excellent, very customer focussed and driven to ensure my problem is fixed, which I'm sure Jill will make happen. Real customer service at it best”

“Amazing price and service. I certainly shop around for the best deals. Nothing ever comes near! I’ve had cruises cancel due to Middle East crisis and flights changing on our Athens cruise. I’ve been kept informed throughout on all my trips. I’ve a few cruises coming and will certainly book more with 118”

“Cruise 118 have been my agents for over 5 years now and I love the service I get. Personally I have always had a positive experience overall. The customer service is excellent. Some agents are amazingly outstanding at getting you a fantastic cruise price. I recently had some complaints with MSC cruises . The agents handling my cruise complaint Chris , Emily and Helen Conway the customer relations executive were very professional, ever so helpful, compassionate and they were able to resolve most of the issues with MSC cruise with swift precision . We are still awaiting MSCruises response. David another kind agent on bank holiday Monday helped me with another MSC cruise issue. We are still awaiting a response from MSC cruises The agents I have been fortunate to have go over and above the call of duty .”

“This is the first time I've booked through Cruise118. I had researched which cruise I wanted and they had the best online prices. I've only been on 2 cruises previously, so not particularly cruise savvy. I called them instead of booking online, as I had a few questions and didn't want to take responsibility of booking in case it didn't meet our requirements. I spoke with Molly who was super helpful, check all my query and questions before confirming and price matched their online offer. I was happy to go ahead and book and grateful to Molly for her patience and help. Would certainly recommend booking with Cruise118 and Molly.”
