“Booked a cruise today. I thought it would be very difficult as had to find flights etc as well but Jen did everything without any effort and only took a short time on the phone”

“Our cruise consultant was Robyn Wild and the service she has given us is exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for her, even though we changed the search criteria a few times, she was patient, very friendly, knowledgeable and really professional. The price was very good, especially considering Robyn did us a tailor made holiday. A great experience, thanks Robyn.”

“Alex Duggan was brilliant and found us a cruise that is perfect in every way (including the price) for our family of 5. This was not a quick fix and she was really patient and persevering calling me back to search again when the first options didn't work for us and I had given up hope. “I had to make a number of changes to a couple of cruises I had booked with 118. I contacted the agent who I have dealt with a lot of times. Andrea Mc the service I received was absolutely awesome, nothing was too much. Andrea guided me through the changes in a hassle free manner. A big thanks to Andrea.”
