“Booking was great and very helpful indeed but since then it has been absolute garbage phones cutting out no emails returned. When you do get someone they are very helpful but getting someone to actually respond is a joke”

“Andrea was extremely helpful. We are now booked on a three week cruise,in a superior deluxe balcony cabin,adapted for disabled passengers. I will use Cruise 118 again and Andrea in particular.”

“We were helped with our booking by Michelle. She was excellent and very thorough, it was a pleasure to arrange our holiday with her. When our airport of choice wasn't working with the docking dates she quickly suggested a stay in Rome leaving the day after docking and arranged the hotel for us and gave me advice on transfers. I will most definitely be travelling with Cruise118 again.”
