“I phoned Cruise118 after being let down by my local travel agency. Hayleigh was amazing and really helpful and very knowledgeable. I booked with her three cruises at a price that offered a discount to my local travel agency (I had been a very good customer for a number of years). “We knew what we wanted regarding cabin type and location for one of the newly announced Cunard 2025 Voyages but unsure as to which cabins would be available. We explained all to Jen who was tremendously helpful, opening the booking process at exactly 1pm thereby managing to get the exact preferred cabin we wanted. I would highly recommend her and Cruise118 when booking a holiday!”
