“I would have given 5 stars originally as our rep was brilliant and everything got booked. But a couple days later having found out that our 3rd cabin on ocean view was not available after all being booked and deposit paid, is very disappointing. Apparently not the fault of the rep but the fault with P & O live availability etc. We’ve been offered to book inside and balcony. We don’t want inside as could have booked that before. Now some of us will be having to pay more for the balcony as the rest of us will be in ocean view. Very very disappointing.”

“Felt we were misled into booking a cabin which was restricted view once allocated. No aftersales support. Raised a complaint and it has been completely ignored. Not interested once you have paid them. Will definitely use cruise line direct next time. Not impressed.”

“Very decent price for cruises in june and july 2023. Cheapest prices among the websites i tried. We'll see just how good they are, if any problems arise!”

“I was told Princess UK and Princess Australia are different and they sure are My friend in the UK wanted us to cruise the MED , we booked with Princess here She booked with Princess UK, they came back to her with a cheaper price, she told us I made an enquiry Australia couldn't match or do a better deal, so we canceled the Australian cruise and booked with the UK princess saving over $2000.00”
