We were looking for someone new to book our cruises with as weren’t getting any loyalty perks or great service elsewhere so came across cruise118. The initial interaction and follow ups were helpful, informative, and professional. We booked with Robyn and nothing was too much trouble. Being told she will be our point of contact from start till finish was very reassuring also, something we had not experienced before. Having a friendly familiar contact in Robyn is lovely, especially when spending our hard earned money on the highlight of our year. We look forward to our cruise and having a point of contact there ready to book our next with.
