“Amazing customer service!! Unfortunately due to covid we had to cancel our cruise with P&O. This was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Jolie and the FCC was in our P&O account within 72 hours. We have already rebooked the cruise again next year through Cruise 118, again this was dealt with professionally and minimal fuss. Thank you to Jolie!!”

“I am so happy that i booked with 118 i booked with them once before but i cannot prize them enough for all there help as we are elderly and finding it harder to deal with all the info. that goes with booking a cruise , we have cruised at least 10 times but since covic more stressfull booking but 118 team has taken all the worry away and done most of it for us hoping to go on a cruise christmas so brarce yourselfs 118 i will be back regards Mrs J M Redwood.”

“The agent I spoke to (Shelley Brackenbury) was extremely helpful and lovely to talk to. After a very unhelpful and rude agent from a different cruise Company I wasn't sure what to expect, I needn't have worried. This being my first cruise Shelly didn't seem to mind how many questions I asked and she knew all the answers. Because of Shelley I choose to go with Cruise118.”

“In the last week I've booked a Christmas Cruise with Daniel Norris at Cruise 118, and he was super helpful in finding me the best price and letting me know all of the details as a first-time cruiser! The booking process was smooth and simple, and we're just continuing to hope and pray that Covid lays low and we're able to fly out for our Caribbean Christmas Cruise on Symphony with no issues!!”
