“Took 1hr 28 minutes to book on phone. Could not offer NHS discount which is a shame when other cruise lines offer it.”

“I Always use Cruise 118 to book my cruise holidays. The concierge staff are all very friendly, informative and helpful even when under pressure in what has been a turbulent last few years for vacation cancellations, re-bookings, and more cancellations !! “Yaseen at Cruise 118 was a great help and a credit to his company. First class and so helpful. Just a quick negative - trying to make contact on 0800 107 1299 is very frustrating as it just rings constantly without response. Shame really. Derek McAndrew”

“Great when they want your business. However when we were considering changing our cruise plans, we were badly advised and this ended up with us paying nearly £300 more for our amended cruise than if we had booked direct with the cruise line. It would have been even more if we had chosen their flights and/or hotels.”
