“Really upset as on booking my details with cruise118 were correct, but as they have been transferred across to Princess cruise line dob and membership I’d have been incorrectly entered and no one can rectify it. I cannot fix it myself as it was booked via 118. No one seems able to help me!”

“Claire Ketteringham - From Customer Service Concierge went above and beyond to ensure that we were fully supported when the holiday did not go to plan. Hotel was sorted within minutes, plus a contact email should I need to contact urgently for further advice. Claire telephoned me back promptly. I cannot fault them. thank you.”
