“Don't normally write reviews but was assisted in the booking by Stacey Green. She emailed several comparisons & itineraries within a short time. A follow-up email 3-4 hours later. I commenced the booking quite late in the evening but she continued to work through our booking until complete (well after 9pm.) I was aware she was not working the next day but due to a specific request for later flights in the package she phoned just after 9 am on her day off to deal with the amendment. Really made a difference and felt it was personal service. A true credit to your customer service provider team.”

“I have never been on a cruise before, so understandably I needed a fair bit of help and guidance. To this end Lexie was brilliant; she not only found a great deal for me, she also answered all my questions and queries in a way that completely put my mind at rest. Therefore, based on my experience I would definitely recommend Cruise 118 to anyone thinking of booking a cruise.”

“Really upset as on booking my details with cruise118 were correct, but as they have been transferred across to Princess cruise line dob and membership I’d have been incorrectly entered and no one can rectify it. I cannot fix it myself as it was booked via 118. No one seems able to help me!”
