“our cruise consultant was so helpful, his name was Kenneth McConarchie (not sure of spelling) friendly & definitely knew what he was talking about. Which is quite refreshing. He took us through the whole process of exactly what was included. Flights transfers Ship, cabin drinks package wifi . return flights we are confident we got a very good deal . we would recommend booking with Ken at Cruise 118 many thanks for all your time & expertise. Helen ,& Bob Lowrie”

“I have been using Cruise 118 for the last 5 years for all my cruise bookings. Everyone l speak to is extremely helpful. The last 2 cruise bookings have been dealt with by Kirsty Simpson who has gone above and beyond to assist me especially during an issue l had a FCC from a cancelled cruise. I wouldn’t use any other company for my cruises. Many thanks.”

“We decided to book with Cruise 118 again because we had such good service on previous occasions and had no problem with refunds during Covid.I feel they give the best price when booking a Cruise. Georgina handled my booking today and I cannot praise her enough. The Cruise we had originally looked at had gone up in price due to flights and Georgina spent ages trying to find us an alternative option with cheaper flights as we were travelling from Northern Ireland she went through many different options and suggestions but in the end I booked the Cruise I had originally been looking at as this suited us best, At no time did I feel pressured to book. She took the time to understand our needs and what we were looking for. She talked me through everything we can expect from our Cruise and was very clear and concise. I would certainly recommend anyone looking for exceptional service to book with Cruise 118 I can’t wait for my luxury Cruise with Celebrity.”
