“Things started well enough, Amber was helpful and found the cabin we were looking for. Things went from bad to worse when confirmation of the details of our cruise arrived. They got my date of birth wrong, we requested free coach travel from Manchester to Southampton and instead were given $100 on board spending (since when did P&O use $)! Cruise118 then requested we set up an account using our reference number. This has proved impossible. This is the first time I have used Cruise118 and at the time of writing this review, unless things improve on the admin side I shall be extremely wary.”

“We have used 118 many times and, as always, the latest booking with Karoline Barrett was made in a very friendly and professional way. Karoline made sure all the details were covered and we managed to book the cruise we wanted in the stateroom we wanted. We will definitely be back!”

“Our initial cruise with NCL was cancelled, gutted as we had excellent destinations. I was disappointed that Cruise118 didn’t offer an alternative at the time, I had to ring! that said Stephanie was gr8 with only having a small window of dates that we could go, she sorted us out with different destinations not quite as good as the original but not her fault. Overall just happy we managed to get a cruise at a good price and still get to go. 😀”

“We booked a 7 night Norwegian Fjords cruise on the Celebrity Silhouette through Cruise118 and Jennifer Stevenson was friendly, informative whilst listening to all our requirements, she also made every effort to give us the cheapest possible price. I will definitely look to book our future cruises through Cruise118.”
