“I usually arrange my travel and holiday arrangements direct but I was recommended to Cruise118 by a family member and in particular to Lauren Brooke. I rang Cruise118 but was told Lauren was on another call but to leave my number and she would call me. How many times have we heard this comment before from companies and never received a call back ? However I did get a call back 15 minutes later from Lauren. I discussed my holiday requirements and Lauren said she would call me back with an itinerary and a price. A few hours later and Lauren rang me. She outlined the itinerary which was perfect and the price was very reasonable . I paid the deposit to confirm the booking there and then ! Lauren provided a top rate service with a warm and friendly approach.”
