“My booking experience with Yaseen Ahmed was brilliant. He was efficient, intelligent, anticipatory, lateral thinking, diligent to safe guard my interest and give me best value, punctual in time keeping on follow up and a superb communicator. He was also patient and understanding of changes needed to be made and calm and collected without being stressed.”

“The lower rating given because of the length of time left hanging on the phone before someone actually talked to us. Tried at different times of day but gave up after waiting over half hour, on each occasion. Eventually persisted and after 45mins talked only briefly to guy who said he would get someone to call us back -this was another 2hours later. We couldn't book on line as their system had a fault and no payment possible. When call back came, we then had to wait as he was working from home and his dog was barking so loud he had to stop chat & let it out in garden. Finally, we were able to discuss booking holiday and the guy redeemed himself a bit as he had travelled on the cruise ship we were hoping to travel on (a new ship for us). He was able to give much information about the ship and was helpful in sorting out the cabin. Overall, once you can get through on the phone and can talk to someone who can concentrate on what you're asking, it was easy and completed quickly.”

“Really good experience overall. Emma O’Reilly gave some good advice and was knowledgable around the options available and offers to take advantage of. Bit disappointing on time to call back in a busy period, but overall pleased with our booking and value for money.”

“All staff were very helpful especially Hannah, who sorted our booking out for us. The only thing we have a problem with is the emails that are sent out, you need a magnifying glass to read them, otherwise perfect…….thank you.”
