“Straight forward enough to book, however, your website crashed a couple of times and we lost our 1st choice Balcony Cabin so had to settle for 2nd choice further towards the aft of the ship :-[ . This aside it was reasonably easy including entering Passport Information which was easier to do via your own Manage Cruise Function rather than the Princess Medalion App. I would definitely look to book another cruise in the future with yourselves.”

“Excellent service, booked the cruise just 9 days before it was going. Lexi was so helpful, and knowledgeable. We couldn't have had better service. Liked the cruise so much and was offered a brilliant deal and stayed on for another 2 weeks. We gave cruise 118 as our travel agent.”
