“Rubbish booked a cruise with you the ship got changed you got in touch once with me , I booked it in September I am still waiting to find out if I am going or not , I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from cruise 118 .”

“My last 30+ cruises have been booked through 118 and I have no plans to change that arrangement. Thank you, Rachel Halliwell. It's quicker, more informative and cheaper. And unlike some companies I could name - they answer their phones.”

“As virgin cruisers, we contacted Cruise 118 to enquire about possible options for a last minute holiday. We spoke to Sam Richardson who couldn’t have been more helpful. Sam put us at ease and was so approachable with any question that arose during the booking process. Not only that, but Sam was on hand over the next few days to (promptly) reply to emails with questions we had. Sam used his own experience of cruising to give us useful hints and tips. We had over an hour conversation with Sam and it just flew by. He really knows his stuff and was so accommodating. We are so pleased we contacted cruise 118 and ended up in the hands of Sam. He really is an asset to the business !”
