“I would like to thank Phil with regards to our recent booking, he was really good and answering all our questions and was really helpful, ensuring we got the best cabins and options for our holiday . “Had a couple of questions to ask after I had booked. Could not get through at all. Very frustrating. Eventually got through using the sales telephone number. Questions resolved in 2 minutes. Overall the booking process initially was easy and Laura the consierge was more than helpful and thorough.”
