“I started the "journey" of booking a cruise last year (for 2023) and was assisted by Lexi who turned out to be a FABULOUS processional with loads of knowledge help and assistance. Not having cruised before since a long time, I had no idea who to use as a cruise agent. 118.com came up with shining reviews and so the process had begun. The information produced and shared by 118 is very detailed and covers so much information, which is a great for a newbie like myself. Being a "newbie" I also had a lot of further questions to ask having paid the final balance. I ended up speaking with Estelle Peachy , Customer Service Manager. I had so many questions and Estelle patiently and in much detail went through all of them. It took her some time but she was positive to help clarify. Another great customer service experience. Thank you Estelle and thank you 118.com a number 1 company. Would definitely recommend and definitely use again for any other cruise reservations. Thank you all!”

“I recently booked a cruise with Phil who was very professional and friendly and patiently explained all the requirements and the details of the cruise, very impressive service. We are a large group so it took a while to book but Phil waited for my responses and still managed to book the cruise we all preferred. Big thank you for such customer care.”

“I recently booked a cruise to Australia and New Zealand with Lexi. She was very patient and understanding as I had to amend some of the flight and hotel details. She was able to offer me a good range of flights and reserved excellent seats for us. Also her choice of hotels in both Australia and New Zealand was just right for us. This is the second time I have been fortunate to have Lexi helping me as last summer she booked a complex, multi-family cruise to Norwegian Fiords for me.”

“Great service - bit worried when John promised to call me back around 19:15 as he finished work at 20:00 - he never called and was really disappointed but at around 21:15 he called me which was well the end of his shift We booked that eve”
