“Evan was highly competent, efficient, patient and engaging. There are still some issues with how our service is administered by Cobweb which may or may not be a function of how our contact with Cobweb is typically indirect, via our retained IT consultants Onlico, who set up the Cobweb hosting originally when we decided we no longer wanted to keep servers on our premises, and I'm therefore being asked, for example, to complete this survey under the identity of my former assistant 'Lisa' who has not been in our employ for nearly 10 years now!”
