During the first and second call, Chris quite often put me on hold to speak to other colleagues for advice. After handing over to Alex today, who was very attentive and collaborative, and was able to find a workaround (though no reason as to why this may have happened), the fact that my issue was escalated to a Severity 4 last Thursday and nothing was done to progress it in my absence was rather disappointing. I would have hoped for an email on my return from annual leave, to explain that the plan was and what may have been checked/investigated in my absence rather than me having to message this morning and ask what was happening and only then, for further investigations to resume. Furthermore, when I attempted to call Chris back (because his message went straight to voicemail as I explained I had no signal at home) your telephone system would not recognise me selecting any options on my phone. I therefore could not contact you at all other than by email. This caused further delays. In rating the technician, I would say 3 since Chris didn't appear to have as much knowledge or seem confident, whereas Alex was able to find a fix. Either way, the most disappointing part was that the severity was raised but nothing done as a result of that.

Quick reponse as always. My specific query was in relation to removing Copilot. Cobweb were not able to disable for me so sent a link to Microsoft Forum page. Unfortunately the page in question was retired response wasn't exacctly helpful.

Problem not resolved due to problems with IT of other parties involved. Did try all options

Marc was very attentive but the issue wasn't resolved and I had to find another techological support person to find and deliver the solution. It seems we dont know between Cobweb and The Alexander Partnership who switched on the unnecessary archiving of my calendar and e-mails but retrieving the lost data took many phone calls to Cobweb and eventually I had to bring in a 3rd party to resolve it. Not the best use of my time really.

Whilst the right advice and action was received eventually there was some confusion between members of the support team and some lack of understanding of the implications of a proposed change. All was resolved satisfactorily.

I had to report the issue twice and took over a day to get a response, however once i did get a call from Rory we managed to get the issue resolved quick.

Verbal help over the phone on about three occasions yesterday with my employed technical computer expert who did the talking on my behalf with myself listening ion, was good other than withj one of your employees who was abrupt and unhelpful, which my colleague commented immediately to me afterwards and which also I recall from earlier conversations with presumably this same individual last August/September when I was abroad in France and had trouble with reception of E mails. Other than that, the two or three others who assisted my colleague were helpful and efficient.

I clearly advised to upgrade our package, and I'll apply the licenses to my users. However, instead you ignored my comment and applied them yourself. In doing so, you removed 2 licenses from accounts which are in use! That stopped emails and caused an issue for 24/48hrs

It took some days to get the first response and had to send a chaser email, which solicited an immediate response that moved us forward to a resolution. Did not really cause us a problem as was non urgent being an overhang from the migration to Office 365 a while back.
