“Cobweb has some great individuals - like Cibi and Matthew - who know our account very well and are extremely helpful. However top level account management is lacking and we often feel our account manager does not know what he is selling/managing - we can't get clear answers about various billing issues and have often discussed account level services (such as back-ups, storage etc.) that we've thought were in place, and then later found out were not. This is not very re-assuring for a small, relatively uncomplicated service account.”

“I contacted Cobweb to help me resolve an issue with my email. My emails had been disconnected and I was unsure why this had happened. Cobweb staff (Rhys and Josh) were quick to point me in the right direction which was to contact my domain provider. This took a few calls but was quickly resolved. Very quick and efficient service. “It would be good to be shown or provided with instructions re. how I can reset a password without having to contact you - if there is a a way to do so. Also in terms of Yoti - it would be good to know who captures this information and where it is stored, as I have provided a lot of personal information in the pictures that were shared.”
