“Review for Evan at Cobweb I want to give a huge thank you to Evan from Cobweb for the outstanding support he provided today. We had a serious security incident involving a malicious file that entered our system through a trusted external contact. To be completely honest, I opened the door, but Evan closed it before anything damaging could happen. Evan handled the situation like a forensic cyber detective, methodical, calm, and absolutely relentless in tracking the source of the issue and securing our Microsoft 365 environment. He approached the problem with total determination, digging into the logs, isolating the threat, removing the malicious file, and ensuring no further spread. Without his quick action and technical expertise, the outcome could have been far worse for us. Cobweb have always provided solid support for our business, and today Evan went above and beyond. His knowledge, professionalism, and clear communication made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I'm so pleased we made the right decision to have Cobweb manage our cloud services. Thank you Evan, you truly saved my skin today. John”

“We didnt get to meet or speak with our account manager until months after the announcement. This only happened when we requested it. There was no official handover and this would have assisted knowing what changes could be made to our roadmap.”
