“Once support was received it was excellent. Josh was friendly, helpful and fast. The only issue was how long it took to get the initial support, as I was rung up not emailed. I don't answer numbers I don't know (they're usually sports hospitality!) and so without a message I didn't know it was Cobweb. Otherwise all good.”

“Rhys help with an urgent concern, we were worried that our systme had been hacked due to Phising emails recieved. Rhys atcted promptly and thoroughly and with a short amount of time (20 mins) he was able to identify the employee that had bee compromised and rectified it immediately.”

“The sudden failure to operate the scanner email from the printer is curious as it was working perfectly until the end of last week. That would suggest that it was already on the sytem and that our required re registration of the device and email service from it is unexplained.”
