“Had to wait a whole week to get the issue resolved which was unacceptable but when i finally got through to Louis he was extremely polite and helpful and dealt with it straightaway”

“I had a slightly out of the ordinary request on a more complex feature of 365 and support quickly found a way to achieve it, did it and gave instruction on how I can also do in the future. This particular situation was quite key to us and Elliot was great for our needs. Many Thanks.”
