“Cobweb provide competent support and helpful advice through staff who provide flexibility and often help with peripheral issues whilst resolving the core issue that required a resolution proactively and efficiently tidying up of acorn problems thereby preventing the need for addtional future calls. For example, I had laptop connection problems with 365 recently and Josh cleared it up quickly and with a good service attitude giving me confidence to just mention a tethering problem, and all he did was to tell me apple could sort this and why, which took a minute at worst, but i have now sorted that too.”

“I am 78 years old unfortunately and have some difficulty in using the small screen digits on my I phone ( the smallest version). And sorting out a new password took me far longer than it ought to have done. Nevertheless the technician I spoke to on a number of occasions was not at all helpful and I was on the point of ending my relationship with cobweb sine I dead. More than a week without e mail reception, having been hacked. Finally it was sorted on my third attempt but the impatience of one of the advisers concerned was very aggravating . Nick greaves”
