THe IDE checks are vqry long winded

Cobweb are clearly very expert technically. They assisted with a Google Workspace migration to Microsoft and the transition has worked completely. My only negative comments are: 1 - there was a lot of technical work pushed back on myself as the consumer, such as changing DNS records etc, which was part of the service I expected Cobweb to do, as I'm not as technically expert as they are 2 - they billed up front for the entire amount before the job was complete and signed-off, which I didn't think was appropriate

Cobweb pretty much do what they say they will. I don't find their dashboard particularly user-friendly, but they appear to be updating things, so hopefully that will include some user-friendliness improvements.

The support person who help me was excellent. I understand that due to a combination of my unfamiliarity with Cobweb's services and overthinking what to do, I encountered a few complications making sure Cobweb Home and Microsoft Admin worked for me. I recognise they are the sort of mistakes a customer support technician might make on their first day, at their new job, looking after their organisation’s Office 365 service, hosted by Cobweb. I am a single individual and not even a company as such. Furthermore, I have not exhaustively search Cobweb’s knowledgebase for answers and the problems I encountered are the sort of problems that are never recorded in any support literature because, as I say, they were simple mistakes that are akin to telling someone how to switch on a computer or that sticking fingers into a wall socket could hurt you. In any body of knowledge, what level of knowledge do the creators of the database presume the reader has. But saying all this, in order to test my Cobweb Home access, I did not realise that Cobweb Home ➙ Check your billing (Access the billing portal) lead me to Cobweb Core and not a section of Cobweb Home where I could test my credentials. Also Cobweb Home wanted to create a whole new profile within Microsoft’s Authenticator for ajb@pinmill.net rather than wanting to use my existing ajb@pinmill.net profile, hence the QR code and choosing the Verification section that enabled my enrolment. As I say, newby stuff but you might consider following these trifling problems up sometime, just for completeness.
