I renewed my policy with them & after 2 weeks of chasing my documents I find that someone else was named on the policy & not myself, finally get policy emailed to me & it’s only got 1 vehicle listed so I’ve 9 that arnt & parked on the road illegally, not impressed at all

Utterly appalling service from a raft of associated companies. Clegg Gifford and Tradex and Westminster Insurance. I have spent four months being passes from one clown to another, Alais-Hannah-Keiron-Kerryann-Lee Perior- and Uncle Tom Cobbley- from pillar to post. Attempting to discover if my clent, following a fatal accident in his taxi, was due a death payment. Then they wanted me to contact Kiindertons, another pathetic stalling tactic, and finally it's a company called Armour Risk, who guess what will not answer emails or phone calls. They don't deserve one star, and I am totally disgusted with the whole circus. I would advise never to use Clegg Gifford or Tradex.

Awful service, the positive reviews must be paid bribes. Over a month to get a response on an additional driver. If you call you're lucky to get through to anyone at all let alone the correct department, after waiting over an hour on hold. I'd avoid if I could, however being a broker sometimes there is no option but to deal with this 'company' (use company in the loosest term possible, more like clowns).

I have been on waiting for someone to contact me back for 3 days and heard nothing. I have now rung 2 times to chase them on a quote on a renewal of my insurance and I have held for 30 minutes each time.

absoloutly rubbish service, been trying to contact the claims company for the past 5 days with no luck what so ever. I have spoken to the reception desk who have promised me that they would have someone contact me back but surprise serprise NOTHING. why is it i have to keep phoning you and have to wait on the line for over 45 min at a time. NO GOOD ENOUGH.

ABSOLUTE JOKE THIS COMPANY PAID FOR MY POLICY IN FULL OVER 24HRS AGO NOW I AM STILL ON THE PHONE AS I WRITE THIS REVIEW STILL HAVE NO POLICY AND CAN NOT MOVE ANY OF MY CARS AROUND EVERY MEMBER OF STAFF THAT HAS ANSWERED THE PHONE IS UNHELPFUL AND ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS PASS THE BOOK BUYER BEWARE AND THERE NOT THE CHEAPEST

Friday 19/10/18 started calling at 3.24pm no answer at all eventually spoke to Mrs.Mason who tried to put me through again 5 min wait & no joy so hung up. Called back to tell Mrs.Mason still no answer & for a supervisor to call me & 25 mins later i received a call saying "i believe you wanted a quote for motor trade insurance" yes i sure did but not with your company they demostrate poor telephone communication skills & "Sorry about that mate" is not good enough. Previously been with Tradex (5years) but not again as this broker is a time wasting joker. Mr.Mellors (Derbyshire)

Absolutely disgusting.... i was unable to re-new my traders policy because of them never answering the phone, forced to go elsewhere after it lapsed, now its been a further 2 weeks of no answering, i cant get my no claims bonus off them and the only time i got through was by blagging them into thinking i was a new customer, which they then lied to me and have never got back, i now stand to lose my money and my new policy with another company, its about to be terminated because of Clegg Giffords incompetence!!! YOU IDIOTS NEED TO CONTACT ME AND QUICKLY.....TODAY!!!

Absolutely rubbish customer service. My renewal is due in 10 days and they have not quoted me. I've tried to ring them every day this week and they simply do not answer the phone. I have waited on the line for up 20 minutes and there's just no answer. I'll be forced to renew with an alternative provide. Not recommended at all.

Perhaps one of the amazing people WHO do actually answer the phone and do a fabulous job helping clients, the ones who are efficient, extremely helpful and sort things very quickly (As stated in the numerous, I've no doubt very TRUTHFUL, REAL reviews from REAL clients) Could MAYBE actually pick up the phone to my husband who is trying to receive payment for a claim that has been agreed? ... SHAUN ANDERSON? REBECCA ROSS? JOANNE SLATER? ( A few of the "amazing" people stated) PLEASE restore my faith in reviews and answer the phone or even an email and sort my husband's claim!
