“I made a direct call to inquire about taxi insurance. Currently, I am renting a taxi, and my own vehicle from Toyota will be ready next month. I asked the representative about the transfer of the policy and the associated charges, but she informed me that she could not provide that information at the moment. I then mentioned that I would continue renting the taxi for a month before receiving my new car and inquired about the transfer fee. Instead, she posed an irrelevant question, and before disconnecting the call, she used offensive language and hung up. When I requested her name, she refused to provide it. This behavior is extremely rude, unacceptable, and unprofessional. Call time”
