After months of difficulties with another insurer, Kelly stepped in, took ownership of the situation, and resolved everything with professionalism, clarity, and genuine care. Her communication was consistent, her guidance was clear, and she went above and beyond to make sure the matter was fully rectified. It was a real relief finally having someone who understood the history and was willing to help see it through to the end. Exceptional service from start to finish. “Every single year, my insurance goes up by 3 400 pounds.I ve been with this company for 7 years now 10 years, no claims yet my insurance goes up every year.Absolutely disgusting.I feel like this company rips you off”

“I’m now in my second year with this company and few months ago renewed my policy. Because of my situation, I often need to make changes or upgrades, and I sometimes have lots of questions. Every time I call, the staff are always polite, helpful, and patient, no matter how many questions I ask. They’ve made the whole process easy and stress-free, and I really appreciate their professionalism. Very happy with the service!”

“Having had a Private Hire policy with CG for a number of years though it's time I write a review and say how happy I am with there service. Just recently I had to switch policy from one car to another and Kelly K took care of everything, she made it a swift process even changing over my breakdown cover aswell as my insurance all in one 5min phone call and my new documents was in my inbox in no time. many thanks 👍”
