“Had to wait 18 minutes to get to an operator, listening to awful Techno type music. I was in a queue of just 3. My simple enquiry was to have some renewal documentation resent. I was online for less than a minute. The good news was that John Coleman sent the detail within a minute of ending the phone call. I hope that when I pay my premium in a few days I won't have to wait so long again.”

“The team have been very helpful whenever I have a query on the policy. Chloe Occleshaw in particular did everything she could to help me answer some questions about my policy. The 'on hold' waiting times seem to have improved significantly as this was an issue last year.”
