Absolutely rubbish customer service.
My renewal is due in 10 days and they have not quoted me. I've tried to ring them every day this week and they simply do not answer the phone. I have waited on the line for up 20 minutes and there's just no answer.
I'll be forced to renew with an alternative provide.
Not recommended at all.
