Ordered flowers for Mother in Law who lives 400 miles away. She said they arrived tied looking but having received Bloom & Wild myself for Mother's Day for the 1st time; I said that she should wait a day or two for them to bloom properly. However' I rang her a few days after and she said nothing and when prompted didn't commit to giving me a review. This told me a lot that she was disappointed. I wish I was able to see them and take a picture but I know she didn't want to disappoint me/

shame as every delivery until now had been amazing, but this time one of the stems was broken. Just a tad disappointed as it was for my 28th Anniversary.

My recent experience of Bloom & Wild was very frustrating because the site would not accept the two addresses I wanted to send flowers to. I had to use Customer Service which whilst very helpful, resulted in a very muddled message accompanying my flowers. The flowers I received from my daughter recently contained some poor specimens, and sadly , the Antirrhinums never opened. Previously the flowers have been very good.

Quite disappointed by the peonies which opened nicely, but all the petals on 2 of the 3 were brown and dead-looking, (unable to upload photos) though all instructions were followed when they arrived. All other stems were fine, but not the usually beautiful display we have previously had

Delivered a day later than advised, although free delivery is not a guaranteed date. Arrived in a poor state, gasping for water! Put them in a vase quickly and they did perk up eventually but even now they do not look brilliant, dropping leaves still. I will not be buying these letterbox flowers again, disappointed.

I have used Bloom and Wild a few times before,but this is the first time someone has sent me a picture of the flowers they received and I am unimpressed and won't be using or recommending again. The flowers were sparse and wilted and look nothing like the picture. The process to order and delivery is quick and easy though.

Hi Kirsty, I was very happy with my last order, but the one previous that I sent for Mother’s Day was very disappointing and nothing like what I had ordered. I put in a complaint at the time and answered the review sent to me after but I have heard nothing yet. Thanks, Anne

Ordered the friendship rose. Followed instructions but the plant started to die as there wasn’t any drainage and the pot was small. The fabric became dirty and discoloured form the soil. Had to move to a different pot at excess cost to myself, hoping the plant will survive but not looking good.

The flowers were very nice but the next day delivery service failed which has lost my trust in Bloom & Wild ability to deliver that service so I will probably go somewhere else if the delivery dates are important.

Great variety of products to choose from. Flowers that i sent my mother for mothers day however were dissapointing. Lilys never opened and she followed all the guidance. Just had some delivered for my grandmother, so lets hope these do bloom.

I have used your company a few times and always been satisfied. I wanted to send a rose to a very dear friend. I picked the item and was advised that I could have a delivery on Saturday 16th. That was perfect, and then when I went to pay there was £6 delivery. When I queried this via the chat room I was told that it was because I wanted the Saturday delivery. I really don't think that it was made very clear and the chat room wasn't particularly helpful. The rose arrived and apparently it's lovely. I would certainly think again before using your company and be very wary of your delivery prices

MY DELIVERY DIDN'T ARRIVED ON TIME AND THE POST OFFICE WAS BLAMED. HAVE ALSO BEEN BOMBARDED WITH EMAILS EVER SINCE MAKING THIS ORDER. THE RECIPIENT DID SAY THE FLOWERS WERE NICE.

I sent flowers to my daughter in law and they were beautiful. However this week I received some from my sister and they were disappointing the roses didn't really open and the bouquet was a little sad. Not up to your usual standard hopefully this was a one off. They were sent from Anna Johnson

Hi Had some flowers from you for Mothering Sunday which was a lovely surprise from my daughter , whilst I was staying with her but when I opened the flowers all the flower food was open and all over the flowers I was disappointed for my daughter aswell as myself.

My flowers arrived on the 24th March 2002 from my son for mother's Day on the 27th March. I followed everything that the care pack suggested, feed again at day three, keep cutting stems and change water regularly, they were not placed in the sun or near a radiater. On the 30th March they were dead. I expect expensive to last longer than 7 days. So they really do not last longer. When I buy myself flowers from Asda or Aldi, with one feed enclosed, they last 2 weeks, I have told my son not too buy from you again, but as my birthday is this week, I regret that he may of. He has also been told that your flowers don't last, after he had placed an order for Mother's day. As you advertise on Facebook, I tried leaving a review on there, but it was blocked. So why advertise on ther sites if you have not given permission to receive ALL reviews. How do you improve ?

Disappointing. A precious gift for Mother's Day left my children disappointed. Limited flowers, uncoordinated colour scheme, failed to revive properly, lasted very few days despite following enclosed instructions. Would use other companies before using this company again sadly.

Bought some flowers for my mums birthday. They arrived on time but were not as well packaged as the last set I ordered. The flowers didn’t look great- not the in bloom you’d expect- they look like have shrivelled up already. The roses in particular look bad … really overshadowed the gift.

Was quite disappointed, I ordered them for my mum and she said that they arrived and looked squashed, wilted and also broken. Not what I thought they would be like compared to the pictures on the website.

The delivery of these flowers failed. The delivery person did not ring my Mum’s doorbell (she was in at the time, so v annoying) but just put a note through her door to say she needed to collect a parcel. I had even included an instruction to leave flowers with her neighbour if she wasn’t home. The sorting office wasn’t open until the next day. When she got the flowers, some had already died. Some revived with water but not all. This was a real shame. I couldn’t afford the extra £5 for courier delivery and didn’t need delivery to be fast. I was very disappointed that standard delivery was so poor and caused Mum stress.
