Ordered 13th & was despatched/on its way that day & due to be delivered by 9am 14th, heard nothing & then not delivered til 16th! Was worried about state of FRESH flowers being in transit for 4days! My friend said they were lovely but she was probably being polite! So won't be using this service again! Very disappointed.

A little bit disappointed with the flowers delivered to my mum for mothers day this morning. With the price paid I thought it would be special and a beautiful surprise but unfortunately the flowers were a bit lifeless and dried out when they arrived. Worried about the ones that I also ordered to be delivered to my partners mum today as I assume they will be the same!

Hi Cherry. Thank you so much for your review. We're so deeply sorry to hear you're disappointed with your blooms and understand this must be really upsetting, especially given the occasion! We do send all of our blooms in bud so they last longer, giving you, or your lucky recipient, plenty of time to enjoy their beauty! Due to this, and how they are packaged, we'd completely expect them to look a little 'sleepy' or flat upon arrival. However once the stems have been cut (as per our handy guide) and placed in water for 24 - 48 hours, you should see your blooms burst to life and look as lovely as you'd expect. But, with that being said, we do still want our blooms to bring immediate joy and would like to make sure everything is as it should be with your bouquet. Not really happy with the amount of flowers that was delivered for my mum on mother's day. Very disappointed 😞 Link isn't working so I cannot add an image of the flowers.

I have been dealing with Bloom & Wild for some Years and have always been very pleased with everything You have done until this time when The Bouquet I ordered for 9th March was not delivered until the afternoon of the 12th March with the Bouquet in very poor condition and no Gift Card. Your Company has responded very well to My Complaint and with great courtesy which I appreciate. So, If Only Your Company can be persuaded to send Me regular Offers and other publicity By E-mail, I shall be completely content

Delivery as expected (my error - thought I'd selected Mother's Day but on checking, I hadn't). Small and sad looking bouquet. Both my Mother and I were quite disappointed. Won't order again, will stick to local florists.

I was rather disappointed in my ‘Yui’ bouquet. I ordered two bouquets - one for mother (who’s flowers looked exactly like the picture) and one for me. My bouquet didn’t have the butterfly carnations - they were substituted out for a carnation that looked virtually identical to the large carnations, just smaller and exactly the same colour, making the bouquet look really flat and boring. In my opinion the butterfly carnations where what made that bouquet look so special. As I said, disappointed!!

The delivery arrived today 4 days after their due date and certainly not in the usual condition that I expect from Bloom and Wild. The flowers are wilted and with one that fell off as soon as we put it in the vase. Bloom and Wild did commit to their full voucher as the delivery wasn't within 2 days of its due date.

Hi there, We are so sorry to hear this! As stated on our website, Royal Mail is a free delivery service and is not guaranteed for the selected date. When flowers have to arrive on a specific occasion, we always recommend paying a bit extra by selecting DPD. Kind regards, Florie at Bloom & Wild

The flowers aren't worth the money paid. I could have gotten better in the supermarket at a fraction of the price to be quite honest. Very small bunch, also delivered a day early and nobody was home so sat for a day without being seen too. Very disappointed.

I expected a great deal more. I am comparing price, presentation and quantity against Interflora. My bunch from Bloom & Wild arrived asleep, your not going to get an immediate wow as they do need a couple of days to wake up. I counted 9 main flowers with quite a bit of 'padding'. I paid approx £31 which included a 25% reduction (so circa £40). A bunch from Interflora is much better stated for the price. I'm sorry but a regular bunch from my local garage would not of been far off the comparison. Although my Wife was pleased She was being kind. I shall not be quick to purchase again as the bunch was worth no more than £10. Disappointed

I’ve been using Bloom & Wild for over a year, including a subscription last year. I recently ordered a bouquet for my wife’s Valentine’s Day present, paying an additional fee for delivery on the day. There was no communication from B&W on the day but through tracking discovered the delivery by DPD was delayed until the 15th. Obviously this was very disappointing. The flowers were lovely as always but as a customer I’m surprised there has been no communication to notify of the delay or then even an apology for the delay. I understand the error was likely on behalf of DPD but regardless I don’t feel I should pay for a service that was not delivered.

Considering it was supposed to be a large bunch I was very disappointed. The flowers were not help in place properly and pushed up against the box so now some of the roses and peonies look pressed. Only reason I've given 2 stars instead of 1 is due to it being delivered promptly.

Some of the flowers on my first order dropped petals after 2 days and now after 5 days some of the branches have no petals on them.

DISAPPOINTING The flowers came in good time and as expected were in bud. HOWEVER, they never fully opened and in all honesty were VERY poor value for money as contained more foliage thank actual flowers! I'll stick to using Next flowers in future. I emailed Bloom and Wild about this but never received a reply.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a dear friend & although I got the e-mail to say they had been delivered on 30th November, I checked with my friend today (5th December) & she says she never received them? Can you please check this out for more, i’m really disappointed as these were ordered and requested to be delivered for 30th November in memory of my friends dads’ death anniversary. I love the look of the Bloom & Wild products and the concept and historically have always been pleased with my orders. My last two orders have sadly been of disappointing quality, though the ordering process is very user-friendly. My most recent purchase was a pre-made Christmas wreath. It was extremely expensive, even with a discount and it was so very disappointing when it arrived and saw it in real life. The wreath itself had beautiful foliage and was a standard size. The oranges, pine cones etc are just glued on and when I removed the wreath from the box one orange, an orange slice, a pine cone and two of the dried flowers immediately fell off. The glue on the adornments is visible, which a visitor to the house commented on. It is stringy and more adornments are hanging on by a thread and in need of repair. To be honest, for £80 I would expect a real quality showstopper. This is not it. I would reluctantly have to say that I wouldn’t recommend Bloom & Wild at this time. As a side note, the delivery didn’t arrive on time but I believe this was not the fault of Bloom & Wild but rather the postal service. I have always found Bloom & Wild to be very reliable regarding delivery in the past.

I have used Bloom & Wild for a very long time now and have always been impressed with the price and quality. This is the first time I’ve been slightly disappointed. The November Pick was ordered as a gift. The delivery was a day late, which although has lucky never happened to me before, is understandable. However, not only were there only 16 of 18 stems, there was no protective netting on any of the individual flower heads so a couple of petals were lost, and there was no Alstroemeria as the description states.
