The flowers are fine...when they come out. Of course i do realise that if they look marvellous as soon as they come oit of the box, they won't last so long, but quite often the greatest pleasure comes from being given a beautiful bouquet - instant pleasure! I am still ambivalent about this.

Arrived on time but in poor condition. The flowers have wilted very quickly. They look like they were close to the sell by date on delivery.

Beautiful flowers, as always with Bloom & Wild. I was disappointed that they weren’t delivered on Sunday, as requested. Next time I will choose a Saturday delivery day, in the hope that the flowers are more likely to be received before the special day.

Can't comment, flowers were for a breaved friend (elderly male) Process was all good, except we spelled the surname wrong & weren't given a chance to edit All I would add is that the card options were a bit limited for such an occasion, hope this feed back is helpful

The overall experience was positive, only issue was that using Royal Mail having nominated a Saturday delivery and the flowers not arriving it meant that they could not be delivered until the Monday. This obvious meant day longer in the box. The day after delivery petals started to drop off some of the flowers. A bit disappointing, if using again I would not nominate a Saturday delivery.

I found the website unsatisfactory. Payment is not clear - I didn’t realise I had paid and didn’t recall saving a card on the system. Also I have moved house went into the system to change address and when I went back in it it reverted to the old address. I did express my problems on your chat and no one came back to me. Rather disappointed. Delivery went well.

These were hand tied flowers . I thought they looked a bit tired with a lot of emphasis on statice. However they arrived on the scheduled day and my friend was pleased

A bit disappointed - I did a small Collection at work for someone who left. When the person put the picture on Facebook I was very disappointed as they were not the quality I had expected and felt like I had to justify to the people who I had collected money from to confirm that I had spent what I had collected. On a positive it was easy to order and it was delivered when they said it was to be delivered. But as you can see from the photos they are nothing like the picture.

We completely understand how important it is that the flowers reflect the thought and care behind them, particularly when others have contributed. Our bouquets are sent in bud so they last as long as possible, and often need a little time to fully bloom, which may be the case here. That said, they should always reflect the quality we promise, and it’s disappointing to hear that this wasn’t the case here. Not altogether your fault but the flowers were left on the recipients front porch all day long and so were dead when they were found .

Nice enough, opened up well after two days, but just doesn’t feel like good value. Price vs quantity of flowers is not a good ratio, lots of fillers in the 20+ ‘stems’. Would look at other bouquets in future, that offer better value.

ordering flowers has always been very straightforward, delivery great , until my recent order for a friends birthday didn’t arrive on the date requested, which meant they were in the box a day longer that normal. Disappointed!

My friend was very pleased with her bouquet. I do feel on reflection that your company is a little over priced compared to other online florists. Looking at your website now I realise I should have taken advantage of your sale! Your customer service was very quick & efficient.

On thi occasion, we experienced some difficulty in that the product was not available for delivery on the day we wanted (Friday)but promised it would be the next day. Unfortunately the recipient was out when Royal Mail tried to deliver (although no note was left to say they tried). The order was finally delivered on Tuesday. Some of the flowers were already in bloom.

Whilst the ordering process was simple and the flowers were beautiful, Bloom & Wild were let down by their delivery partner. my order was supposed to arrive on 5th July but actually arrived on 7th. during the intervening days we endured some of the hottest days of the year, so far, which must have impacted on the quality of the flowers. The customer service from B&W was outstanding and they kept me informed throughout as well as offering a small credit , by way of compensation. In future, I will ensure that I avoid deliveries that are late in the week but this is unfortunate because birthdays and anniversaries fall on fixed dates.
