Hello i purchased a bouquet 10 days ago for my mums special 90 th birthday. The flowers were beautiful to start with but within about 3 days one peony dropped off followed by the other 2 peonies a couple of days later They didn't even get chance to bloom. I've seen them today and the roses and carnations are well past their best and need throwing. Needless to say mum and myself are very disheartened and disappointed by thiss happening in such a short time. She has looked after them well and put the extra food in after 5 days also. So would have thought they'd have lasted longer bthan this. Very disappointed vas this was for a special birthday. I had read some reviews and people had said they lasted at least 2 weeks, maybe 3 weeks for some.nTherefore I wondered if I'd be entitled to a refund considering or I'd prefer another bouquet be sent for my mum as she was dissapointed for her birthday. I don't think I'm being unreasonable considering the circumstances.nI was pleasantly surprised with how they were presented and packaged, very acceptable Thankyou. Will await your reply. Ordered the fowers 4 days in advance of the birthday to ensure delivery on the actual day. Everythgin eading up to it suggested the fkowers woudl be delivered on teh day requested. They weren't. They were a day late. One of the reasons we went with Bloom 7 Wild is becasue in the past they have always delievred on the day. No this time, which was a disappointment.

The service and delivery is great and the website is easy to navigate! My only comment would be that for the amount l paid, the bunch of flowers should be bigger.

Ordered letterbox flowers for a friend who had lost her Sister. Unfortunately the flowers were not put through her letterbox as I presumed they would be. They were left on top of her log pile and weren’t found for 3 days after I had checked to see if she had received them. They were very wilted but most did perk up after a big drink. Not Bloom & Wild’s fault but something they may wish to pursue with the Post Office.

The process was easy to navigate with a fair price, however the final product was much to be desired. Four days on the plant still looks half dead.

Product and delivery were amazing. Unfortunately I thought it was costing me £19 but when I got to the end I saw £10 had been added. I thought I had stopped the process before payment but it went through, which I found very disappointing as it was above my budget.

Easy to use website. Great communication. Slightly disappointed that image for gift box showed a box of tea pigs but actual gift only had 2 bags so seemed a bit expensive for the overall product

Flowers were delivered the day before I asked for them to be. Which was a disappointmenet for me as these were for my sister in law who does not keep well and I wanted her to get them on her birthday not her thinking I thought her birstday was the 8th rather than the 9th

Ordering was simple but the flowers did not arrive on the day expected. Luckily it was a thank you rather than a birthday, otherwise it would have been very annoying. The flowers however did arrive in good condition.

Delivery and communication was good however even tho it says flowers arrive in bud have to say the photo looked as if some of the stems were broken.

I sent my friend some flowers as it’s the anniversary of her son’s passing. She has just sent me a photo and I’m very disappointed. Much smaller than shown and definitely fewer actual flowers. I shall not use bloom and wild again.

Flowers were left behind a black bin with no card or anything to say they were there. My daughter found them late in the evening after I asked her did she like her flowers.

The on-line service was efficient and easy to use. Although I ordered the (letterbox) flowers to arrive on a Monday, which was the birthday date, they arrived day early on the Sunday, which was disappointing. The flowers in the 'bouquet' were not a close match of the flowers I had ordered. I had ordered pale colours, and as an example there were a couple of striped yellow and red tulips included. This will probably cause me to think about using Bloom and Wild again.

Delivery was fine, although was a day earlier than picked. However, the plants were a little brown so not as nice as the pictures

There were significantly less flowers in the bunch ordered than in previous orders. Not sure it is value for money anymore.
