My recent experience was very disappointing as the delivery to Mrs Lindsay arrived in a bashed carton with broken stems and wilted blooms. This delivery was to cheer up my friend instead it just upset and disappointed her.

Flowers looked lovely, prices reasonable, sister in law is happy. The ordering process was poor. The text box to fill in delivery detail instructions was too small and when I tried to delete my text to fit in, I was sent back to the start of the whole process and I had to reinput all my details. I was ordering from Ireland for delivery in UK. Sent me back to the start again with different prices when I put the delivery address in, despite me having selected UK from the start. Again, lost the info I had put in. Also the basket seems empty even after you select a product. That seemed odd. I’m glad I persevered but it really frustrated me.

I was delighted with the price of the flowers I ordered but unfortunately they did not arrive on the day they were supposed to, meaning they didn’t arrive on my friends birthday as planned. I had a discount on the flowers when ordering but wouldn’t have been happy if I’d paid full price as the flowers didn’t look as good as they did on the website

Lovely flowers but not the same quantity as in website photo Photo comparison as below. Also noticed my discount code wasn’t taken into account so was charged full price .

Hello Bev, Thank you for taking the time to share a picture of your blooms, although I am so sorry for any disappointment caused. I can see your bouquet is still mostly in buds, which can make it look smaller that the website picture at first. Rest assured that once all the buds will have bloomed, the bouquet will look much more similar to our website picture. The shape of the vase is also playing an important part in how the bouquet looks. Regarding your discount code, I'm so sorry it was not saved when you checked out. Ordered Flowers and they said that they would be deliveried on Easter Sunday which I was surprised at but accepted. The flowers weren't deliveried until the Tues, which for the occasion didn't cause an issue, but I'm disappointed with the delivery service

there was a lot of confusion as the address was wrong and flowers given to someone else initially who kept them! i had to phone amidst the confusion and flowers delivered 2 days later. noone informed me that they hd finally been delivered

I sent two letter box flower gifts at Easter. The first recipient was unwell and I wanted to cheer her up unfortunately the flowers were found on her doorstep the day after delivery as the postman did not ring!!! The flowers were pretty, after a rest, but a smaller bunch than expected. The second recipients flowers were also pretty but again much smaller than expected. Due to the size of the bunches I will not be using you again.

We do send all our blooms in buds, which means the bouquet can look a bit smaller than on the website picture at first. Ok flowers but not impressed with delivery. A 94% chance of them being delivered on time and unfortunately I was in the 6% so they did not arrive for the occasion. Won’t use again as the entire service is literally based on delivery and they can’t get it right.

Bloom & wild unfortunately rely on DPD who failed to deliver my mums flowers on Mother’s Day. Bloom & wild were in touch and were very apologetic and refunded me the amount and helped me send another bunch later in the week for free. So though I was frustrated with the third party delivery failure. Bloom & wild were very helpful. It was a very mixed experience trying not to blame Bloom & wild for DPDs failures.

I sent flowers to my sister after she’d had a fall, she sent me attached photo I thought they looked a bit thin, not as many stems as I had thought , I thought they were going to be buds but some of the carnations were already open.

I brought the tulip bulbs that was described after some days become flowers, sadly within one day they was flowers already, I recon within the next few days they be gone,

I was really disappointed with the flowers in the Tommys bouquet even after they have had 4 days to open up. The website, ordering and delivery where easy, the product a let down.

Once I managed to order it worked well but I nearly gave up as it was so frustrating not recognising password especially as I had ordered before. My friend also tried for me but gave up.

While the ordering and delivery went very smoothly and my sister in law was delighted with the flowers for her 87th birthday I am afraid there were very few flowers, far less than I expected for the price.

Easy to order and track, a little disappointed the purple thistles didn’t appear to be in flowers delivered, which was why I picked that particular bunch of flowers, there also didn’t appear to be as many flowers for the price paid.Royal Mail then left package wedged down side of a fence even though I asked they allow time for occupant to get to door.

The rest of the bouquet is still pretty much in buds, but should shortly start to bloom and look much more like oour website pictures.
