“I always order from Bloom and Wild and I am always happy with the products and flowers received. However, since the company has started using DPD to deliver i've experienced nothing but issues - missing parcels, fake signed for information and flowers left on doorstep without ringing the bell. I know these issues aren't Bloom and Wild's fault and that lies with the delivery company but it is making me think twice on ordering now. When I am lucky enough to get Royal Mail delivery everything is good so please consider going back to using them solely!”

“My friend who the flowers were for, sent me a photo of the flowers when they first arrived, I admit I was disappointed as they looked very sparse. A few days later I received another photo of the flowers when they had opened. Better but still a bit disappointing. Ordering and delivery I had no problem with.”

“Great choice and lovely flowers. However my friend wasn’t in and they were left initially on the top of a dustbin but eventually put in a box with some other flowers. Perhaps the box won’t go through a letterbox??”

“Decided to subscribe on 7/02 and my flowers arrived 3 days later. On opening the box I originally thought they were mouldy but it turned out the good sachet had burst over them. Left to hydrate overnight and the next day they looked amazing. Great value for money.”

“I have never been disappointed with Bloom & Wild- there is a large selection of flowers and gifts in a variety of combinations to suit all occasions. The ordering process is easy. the flowers arrive on time with costumer emails to inform you of their safe arrival. Although the flowers are slightly wilted on arrival after their postal journey they revive beautifully once fed and watered.”

“I ordered a rose plant for a friend who was recovering from an operation. It was well received but I was surprised that it wasn't delivered in the pot, and the pot was canvas and not waterproof, it seems that was extra. However, fortunately a pot was found and it looks very nice.”

“This is, by far, the best company that I have ever ordered from. Ordering was simple and there is a vast selection of products. The flowers, on arrival were in bud. When they opened it was an explosion of colours, it’s beautiful and they stayed that way for well over 10 days.”

“Was very pleased with the service from ordering to delivery as it was a gift for a friend ,could i just say that i know you are a small company but i do feel that your letterbox biscuits and cakes are slightly expensive .i used a voucher for my order which made the price reasonable ..i can understand you have over heads but not sure if i will order any more of these if still expensive which is a shame as my friend said they were lovely .....but thank you again for the 1st class service”
