“First time of using ,was pleased with the service and choice of arrangements, which are all very suitable. I think perhaps it is a little misleading to call the 'hand tied' such , as they are loose and in bud. However, once this is known, it's good value ( as long as you know the situation) . I realise it is in the small print but nevertheless, the name misleads.”

“Flowers well received. They appear to look perfect (from a photo, I haven't seen them in person.) Maybe, some arranging tips would be good, so the recipient can make them as good as the picture. They are expensive but the quality and service made it worthwhile.”

“Arrived on time for a friends Birthday. Apparently they looked a bit "lifeless" in the box but once they were put into water they thankfully livened up a bit. Lovely mix of flowers and colours, just what I ordered... and 6 days on still looking beautiful. Thank you Bloom & Wild... great value too!”

“Ordered a bouquet of flowers for a friend after a hospital stay, ordering was easy and delivery was on the day I specified. My friend said the flowers were lovely, but unfortunately I haven't seen a photo of them so haven't seen them myself.”

“Ordering was fine. Sometimes you want to just order flowers not all the extras yet you still have to go through every extra available. People who want the extras should be able to go to an extras point. Delivery wasn’t on time despite being told it was being delivered by 9am. I ordered letterbox flowers so they could be put through letterbox but they were thrown into porch by Royal Mail- ridiculous. I’ve given 4 stars purely because the flowers were beautiful and exactly what I ordered.”

“Beautiful flowers ordered for my sister’s fiftieth birthday. She lives in the Highlands so put my order in extra early but flowers arrived a day late due to Royal Mail delivery delay. Shame but she still loves the flowers.”

“I purchased some letterbox flowers for my granddaughters birthday and she was thrilled with them and I was kept informed each step of the way. I only gave 4 stars as I had difficulty ordering as the text was so small and faint ( I couldn't expand it) I had a job to fill it in the order and it took me a long time. I do have eyesight problems any”
