Disappointing. The bunch doesn’t look like the advertised photo (even after bloom). I don’t have much faith in Bloom & Wild. Sorry.

Hi Dani, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, I hope you are well. I'm sad to hear that you have found your blooms disappointing. From your photo, they do look as we'd expect, though we recommend that you use a vase with a wider base than the neck if possible. This helps to support the stems but also helps to bring them close together to prevent the finished bouquet looking too splayed out. If you only have a wide necked vase, it usually helps to cut the stems a bit shorter, so less than 50% of the length is above the neck of the vase. Have always had good value with the company before but these latest flowers we very droopy on arrival and have not lasted long so quite disappointing

Unfortunately my Mum's birthdays flowers that cost nearly £30.00 not in a good state, wilted, tired, brown petals. Most of the bouquet thrown away. Very poor amount in the bunch too. I tried to log a complaint and just got credited the £30.00 for next order rather than a refund. Very clever !!

Dear Rachel, We're so sorry for any disappointment caused by the flowers on arrival. I can see that all the alstromerias are still in buds, meaning they can look a bit droopy and green, but they should perk up and bloom very soon, giving much more volume and colour to the bouquet. Ordered flowers for my nieces 40th and they will be six days late, as Royal Mail decided not to leave them with a neighbour but take them back to the sorting office when nobody answered the door. And so I tried to get something to happen but there is no support answering on chat......

Flowers were lovely but I asked for a certain day when my mum was working from home and they sent it a day early when on one but my dad was home and he isn't very mobile so was not happy with that service I specifically requested that day for a reason and the only thing I got back was oh really sorry we can send some more for free and all that but that doesn't solve my dad having tk struggle to get to the door. Having no phone number I could see isn't helpful either.

I was disappointed in the size of the bouquet for the price. Although all of the flowers were fresh it all looked a bit lost in my vase and I expected more for the price.

Difficult to review as Amazon delivery let them down. The flowers were not delivered. Notification to say they had been left behind a wheelie bin but no photo evidence. Flowers not found so my sister in law failed to receive her birthday flowers - disappointing! Refund given but as a credit note so I will have to use Bloom and Wild, hopefully better service next time

I had used site previously on few occasions, this time I was unfortunately disappointed. The recipient sent me a picture of the flowers and I thought they were very sparse looking and to be honest , I felt I would have got better from other sites .

Ordering was easy & price competitive compared to other flower deliveries but was really disappointed with the actual flowers that were delivered. They looked half dead even after following the instructions & waiting 24 hours.

Very disappointed as the flowers did not get delivered and I have been away unaware they were not delivered. They will now likely be dead or on their way to it! Sadly it was to acknowledge a bearevement and so we are very disappointed.

For starters the order did not get delivered in time. The courier company failed delivery and it was sent to the wrong Hub!! The second delivery arrived after calling and getting the order sent again - the recipient advised that some of the flowers were dead!! I did ask her to send photographs as proof, but she is very poorly and undergoing dialysis at the moment, and I did not want to hassle her. I was very disappointed for her, however she said that the thought was nice despite having the dead flowers.

Ordered flowers for my brother and have never arrived. Got in contact with the team who gave me the same answers over and over again. When I requested a refund on a live chat I received an email saying it had been processed but no one ever got in contact with me to confirm.

Ordering is easy. However the letterbox bouquet I ordered was due for delivery, as a birthday present, on Saturday but wasn't delivered until Monday: this meant the flowers were a little jaded and disappointing when they arrived. I assume this late delivery is a Post Office fault, rather than the fault of Bloom and Wild but nonetheless disappointing.

I placed two orders, First order arrived on time but flowers were in poor condition and very dried out. They did perk up after an afternoon in water. The second order was not delivered on time and they also said how poor condition the flowers were in. Again perked up after being in water for an afternoon. Easy to order, website and tracking great. Flowers lovely but could be in better condition.

We do send our flowers dry and in bud, in order to protect them while they are in transit and to maximise their vase life.
