Despite ordering 6days before the flowers were wanted Bloom & Wild failed to deliver on the day - when it’s for someone’s birthday it’s really important that they arrive on the day- not a day or two later and 2 days longer in the packaging. Very disappointed with their unreliable service.

Paid extra for morning delivery as they were for a 60th birthday, they didn’t turn up. I spent hours trying to contact customer services but no one got back to me and when I called their phone number they kept cutting me off or sending me to voicemail. It wasn’t until the next day when I chased again that I actually got a reply. They got delivered 24 hours later than they should have. They waivered the delivery charge but that wasn’t the point I paid extra for a service they didn’t or couldn’t meet.

This is the first time I have had such a bad experience from B&W. When the flowers appeared they looked as though someone had sat on them. Some of the sunflowers were actually bent in half and the roses were discoloured with many petals falling off. Even now after a few days the roses haven't recovered and the sunflowers and the rest of the flowers still suffering from being 'squashed'. Nothing untoward with the box, it was just the flowers.

Ordering was frustrating. How does a website like this not have a search function? I wanted something with freesias, but there is no search option or even a filter option; you just have to flick through pages of products until you find one that looks suitable. Would struggle to justify ordering from again.

Disappointing. I could have got the same size olive tree from many other retailers for as little as £25.00. Also be careful if you’re using Tesco reward vouchers. Read the small print on how they work. I made a mistake using them so ended up paying £120.00 for something that should have been £60.00. Neither Tesco or Bloom & wild were very helpful when I queried it.

Very disappointed with this delivery. Flowers took ages to come out and some didn't. Stems were very short, so difficult to arrange.

The service was quick and efficient, but we were disappointed with the flowers. Sorry but we felt it was too expensive for the number of flowers.

Flowers were due to arrive on a Monday, but didn’t arrive until Wednesday. The birthday, for which they were ordered was on the Monday. The flowers were ordered three days prior to the birthday. Little communication about the delivery, except to say that there had been an error and that the flowers had originally been sent to the wrong delivery depot. It took a further 48 hours before they were eventually delivered. Pretty poor.

Delivery was fast but the flowers was left on the door step and when Mrs Brazell,s daughter arrived they had disappeared she asked around at the neighbours but no one had seen them I am not very happy about this as it was her birthday

On this occasion I give 2 stars, very disappointed. The flowers were dispatched and accepted to arrive on a Saturday by Royal Mail, for some unknown reason, they were not delivered as nobody was home, however they would have for through the letterbox but we're not posted, they did arrive then on the Sunday. I sent these to my Daughter as she has bought Bloom & Wild on a number of occasions for me. Upon visiting her just 5 days after delivery the flowers were appalling and she had already had to throw some away, I was shocked and not happy about this as I sent these for her birthday, as an interim gift until we saw her as she lives 4 hours away. I will be honest and say, I would be very reluctant to use you again sadly.

When the box was opened a lot of petals had fallen off and there was 2 stalks with nothing on the end of them

The pictures online looked great, delivery as promised but there simply weren't enough blooms present in the box to make it justifiable in using Bloom and Wild again.

Although the flowers are nice - this is the second time that I have ordered and the expected delivery time has not been met. Birthday flowers a day late is never great!

I ordered flowers for a friend following the sudden death of her father and I chose Bloom and Wild as they website said they could deliver the next day, unfortunately this did not happen and my friend recieved the flowers a number of days late that were very dried out
