The flowers I ordered were for my Sister's special birthday and although when received by my sister the flowers were lovely whenarranged in a vase but the way they arrived was a bit disappointing. The delivery driver handed them to my sister and the box/wrapping was soaked through, falling apart and not what I would expect. Although I did receive a photio of the flowers in their vase; unfortunately a photo of the packaging wasn't taken as my sister didn't want to 'upset' me - however my mother did slip up and tell me which is why I am writing this review.

First time I ordered it was amazing, this time however has been very different. 4 times I tried to place an order and each time the website didn't progress to payment, each time re-writing a message that gets deleted when the page refreshes. I was unable to place an order and its been a frustrating waste of time.

After an unfortunate beginning where the flowers were not delivered on my sister's 60th birthday (despite being informed they had been delivered) the flowers were sent 2 days later. I was left wondering what had happened, why had they been recorded as delivered. It was only because I asked my sister if she had received them (a strange thing to have to do) that we knew there was a problem, otherwise I would have felt 'ignored' and she would have perhaps felt forgotten by me on this special ocassion. I feel it would make sense that the door with its letterbox was photographed by the courier as proof of arrival. Phone calls had to be made to chase up. The customer care advisor was lovely but nothing was in place for a refund, even in these circumstances. The flowers were really lovely when they arrived, but the rest was an ordeal and a let down.

The flowers were beautiful, but they arrived three days after the date I selected. I ordered in plenty of time for a special birthday, and the delay meant the gift arrived late and made it seem as though I had forgotten. I value small businesses and understand pressures, but if the bouquet I chose was not available for my selected date, clear communication or an alternative at checkout would have helped. The arrangement itself was lovely; timely delivery and proactive updates would have made this a five‑star experience.

This bouquet was originally £20 but it was on offer for half price. Just as well because I wouldn’t have paid £20 for 6 tiny flowers and a bit of greenery. I could have gone to the supermarket and bought something much bigger and better for that price.

I ordered beautiful flowers in a vase for a very special birthday for my aunt but they were delivered the day after I requested. I was so highly disappointed.

We only have a free delivery service in Norther Ireland via Royal Mail, and we try to advertise as clearly as possible that sometimes, deliveries sent via Royal Mail can take an extra working dayin transit. The price seems like exceptional value when compared to other florist online delivery. I have used and received Bloom and Wild flowers before with good experience. However my experience this time was not great the delivery date was chosen as friday 9th Jan pm it arrived on Monday 12th. The recipient whilst thanking me for the gift did not send me a picture of the flowers which I believe was because they were so delayed in arriving their condition was not great.

I can see on your account the 10th of January was actually selected for the delivery date, and we do our best on the website to inform about Royal Mail delivery performances - 94% of deliveries would arrive on the selected date, while the remaining 6% can take an extra working day in transit. Flower heads mostly broken and squashed, bunch much smaller than anticpated. Ask for delivery to made to front door, yet driver chucked it over the front gate!

The last 2 gifts I've sent with Bloom and Wild have been really badly delivered - dumped in people's gardens although they were at home, with not even a card to say they'd been delivered and only found by chance. The gifts are nice, but the delivery is really poor.

A delivery being made in this way may happen if there wasn't any alternative 'safe' place for them to be hidden, though I am so sorry they have been left in this way. Wanted to contact bloom and wild ordered Anna letterbox flowers for my daughter arrived 19th December,flowers looked very tired even after 4 days they are not good,looked for contact email cannot find one it's a shame as they are usually very good and last ages .sandra

First time using Bloom & Wild, and probably the last. Delivery didn't happen on time, and at 8pm on the day we gave up. Next morning we found the B&W box on our doorstep, presumably since the previous night. Got a pointless 'delivered' email later that morning, so poor on delivery. What was more disappointing was the (anniversary) card that came with the flowers was blank. I'd taken time to write the words I wanted on the B&W website while ordering, really unhappy that for some reason they just weren't in the card. Flowers are nice, a modest amount for £45 - I'd say similar to a £20-25 bunch from M&S as a comparison. All in all a really poor customer experience, and one which I don't plan on repeating.

This is the second time I’ve used Bloom & Wild, mainly because the flowers the first time around were so nice. The ordering process was efficient, and the flowers were delivered on the requested day - however the flowers received (for my mums birthday) were disappointingly nowhere near the standard I was expecting - the bunch we received looked half the size of those pictured on the website.

My friend had a Nico bouquet which was nice . She had sent me a Nell which had broken flowers and others which died by next day . Upon complaining I did receive a second box which were marginally better. Inconsistent quality and condition took the edge off . Disappointing .

I an very disappointed that even those i pay extra for a gift card to add a personal message it was not printed the gift card Alex had no idea who send the message so was unaware I had sent any flowers

Looking at the order number you shared, I can see that there was no message written on the card you sent, hence the confusion. We send our blooms to the details included on the confirmation screen during the ordering process, and those details are provided in the confirmation email, so it's always worth double-checking everything as it should be immediately after you've placed an order. Order delivered 2 days after it was supposed to arrive by which time the recipient was no longer there. No notification from Bloom and Wild or the delivery company, even when they had delivered it. To be fair I have a full credit on my account but not really the point
