I’ve recently received some flowers from my daughter for my anniversary from you and they didn’t last very long! I put it down to the hot weather and travelling by post . I totally understand this. But a few days ago I sent my other daughter some flowers for her 10th wedding anniversary to found out later that Royal Mail were striking on my delivery date and they would be delivered following day. I was very surprised and disappointed by this, as I would have thought you would have checked this out!! I have yet to hear from my daughter as of the condition of the flowers , but can only guess they were not good. I feel very let down by this and can only say I might think twice in the future as to what company I choose! I have used you many times in the past without problems. I was told my gift of flowers would be delivered on a Sunday delivery (did not arrive ) was messaged to say could not gain access . Somebody was in all day ! Found later Royal Mail DO NOT deliver on a Sunday ! Poor service to tell untruths . Very disappointed

The box came with beautifully wrapped flowers and the description etc was great. I did exactly as told and the flowers were put in the vase near sunlight but not directly sunlight. After day 1, one of the more purple and prominent flowers was dead and now on day 3 after having changed the water, added the flower food and trimmed them, they look like this.. not impressed!

Sadly for what I paid the flowers were not great I had expected a larger display When I saw them I was very disappointed I don't think they were worth the amount I have better from yourselves previously

We do send the flowers in bud so they do need 24-48 hours in water to bloom. Bought for my daughter in law as a get well pressie. Saw them 3 days after delivery and was quite disappointed- smelt lovey but a bit spindly and sparse with a piece of greenery already dried up

Delivered on time, I’m disappointed that these roses are so hard to keep alive. I think there isn’t enough soil for the roots and too much moss. I’ve had to repot them already so I can’t really see the value for price.

I wouldn’t use again for a birthday or marked occasion due to not being delivered on the day. Would have expected a full refund.

My daughter in law was very disappointed with the bouquet for her birthday. I have ordered from you before and have been very satisfied but not this time. I am trying to send 2 photos but am not very good at that type of thing. The photos are on my phone but I can't seem to be able to send them

I ordered a next day delivery for my sister who is undergoing chemotherapy and is very poorly. They didn’t arrive until the following day (not as advertised) and were really tired and wilted . They are now completely dead . I’m very disappointed and won’t be ordering again .

Disappointed in the flowers I sent to my parents. I use bloom and wild very often and have always loved their flower arrangements but unfortunately this bouquet was very small and the flowers were poor. Definitely not worth the money I paid.

Very disappointed. I bought these flowers for my brother and sister in law for their 60th wedding anniversary. They were put in water as soon as they arrived and by the next day three flowers had died. They had received three bouquets from friends and mine was the worst.

I am sorry to write this but I sent the Frankie Bouquet which is not cheap , but I really wanted special flowers for someone that is suffering right now. I have a photo of the flowers on your website that I ordered and a photo of the flowers my dear friend received . I have to say I was really really disappointed . I was recommended this website by colleagues, who have bought from B&W before. The item arrived in good time and safely packaged, so as not to damage the flowers. Obviously the market price of flowers has increased, but we were quite disappointed when they arrived. The arrangement was pretty, but rather smaller than expected from the images online. We all agreed that, for the price, it seemed poor value.
