Very disappointed as they did take about 2 & 1/2 days to arrive in the end, so we' are gutted that the Peonies didn't survive .( the main reason we ordered them was for the Peonies)

I have just received my final bouquet from a sixth month package, which was a leaving gift for my retirement from work. As a regular customer of bloom and wild I requested the gift when asked what I would like to remember my colleagues. I have been very disappointed with each delivery. Out of the six months paid for there was very little variation in the flowers delivered. In fact I think I've only had two types of bouquet and the bouquets have been sparse. Really not the standard I usually get from bloom and wild and I certainly would not recommend a purchase of a monthly bouquet again. I'm really disappointed as I was so excited about a monthly delivery of beautiful flowers.

I ordered a bouquet including peonies and they arrived the next day as advertised. The peonies arrived in bud but once they opened they were truly spectacular. However, it was very disappointing on the morning of the third day to find all the peonies as a pile of petals on the floor. All the other flowers in the bouquets (roses) are still in bloom after six days. So very beautiful but also very short lived for £30

Delivery and ordering were fine. However I am disappointed with the flowers. My son has sent me a photo. We have waited for them to bloom, but they look rather sad, not bright at all.

I have used Bloom & Wild on a few occasions and we had delivery issues most of the time, when we got flowers on time we're fab but I can't rely on you to get items there in time, a couple of times the flowers have been poor. Its a shame as delivery not always your fault!

Delivery was 2 days late, the flowers were in an atrocious state - not just the usual sad and limp that recovers with a day in water. Eucalyptus with only 2 leaves, roses with brown petals...

Were not delivered on day requested, arrived A day late, although received a full refund it was for my mothers birthday so really disappointing

Ordering was straight forward. The picture of the flowers on site however not what got delivered. I paid £33 and the picture my Ant sent was in my opinion not £33 worth of money. Sorry

What a let down. Been using for a few years for birthdays etc! Sent my daughter some for her birthday 12 stems of flowers for £35, only because I had a code otherwise they would have been £42! I appreciate that delivery costs, but the quality and quantity is certainly not what it was! Disappointed 😞

Unfortunately, the recipient of the bouquet we bought, wasn't very happy with the quality and delivery of the flowers. Some of the flower heads had been knocked off and and there were only a select few flowers in the first place - the rest was foliage. I too was disappointed at this (as the sender). Firstly I wasn't expecting them to be delivered in a box as I opted for the hand-tied bouquet, but also because the flowers where for my elderly grandma's birthday who had recently been poorly and we were hoping they would cheer her up.

Bouquet for my daughters birthday, arrived as requested on 5th April but we are very disappointed with this one, sparse looking and dejected. We loved previous orders, great service of flowers by post and beautiful bouquets.
