The delivery of these flowers failed. The delivery person did not ring my Mum’s doorbell (she was in at the time, so v annoying) but just put a note through her door to say she needed to collect a parcel. I had even included an instruction to leave flowers with her neighbour if she wasn’t home. The sorting office wasn’t open until the next day. When she got the flowers, some had already died. Some revived with water but not all. This was a real shame. I couldn’t afford the extra £5 for courier delivery and didn’t need delivery to be fast. I was very disappointed that standard delivery was so poor and caused Mum stress.
