DISAPPOINTING The flowers came in good time and as expected were in bud. HOWEVER, they never fully opened and in all honesty were VERY poor value for money as contained more foliage thank actual flowers! I'll stick to using Next flowers in future. I emailed Bloom and Wild about this but never received a reply.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a dear friend & although I got the e-mail to say they had been delivered on 30th November, I checked with my friend today (5th December) & she says she never received them? Can you please check this out for more, i’m really disappointed as these were ordered and requested to be delivered for 30th November in memory of my friends dads’ death anniversary. Order no: 768396052 Would kindly appreciate a reply back to this review. From a Not very happy customer.

I love the look of the Bloom & Wild products and the concept and historically have always been pleased with my orders. My last two orders have sadly been of disappointing quality, though the ordering process is very user-friendly. My most recent purchase was a pre-made Christmas wreath. It was extremely expensive, even with a discount and it was so very disappointing when it arrived and saw it in real life. The wreath itself had beautiful foliage and was a standard size. The oranges, pine cones etc are just glued on and when I removed the wreath from the box one orange, an orange slice, a pine cone and two of the dried flowers immediately fell off. The glue on the adornments is visible, which a visitor to the house commented on. It is stringy and more adornments are hanging on by a thread and in need of repair. To be honest, for £80 I would expect a real quality showstopper. This is not it. I would reluctantly have to say that I wouldn’t recommend Bloom & Wild at this time. As a side note, the delivery didn’t arrive on time but I believe this was not the fault of Bloom & Wild but rather the postal service. I have always found Bloom & Wild to be very reliable regarding delivery in the past.

As far as I'm aware, my friend Jann has not received the flowers I ordered yet for her birthday. I presume this is due to postal strikes!!

I have used Bloom & Wild for a very long time now and have always been impressed with the price and quality. This is the first time I’ve been slightly disappointed. The November Pick was ordered as a gift. The delivery was a day late, which although has lucky never happened to me before, is understandable. However, not only were there only 16 of 18 stems, there was no protective netting on any of the individual flower heads so a couple of petals were lost, and there was no Alstroemeria as the description states.

Flowers were left on doorstep as advised but no note put through the recipients door to notify them. The flowers stayed outside for over 24 hours following delivery and were apparently looking very floppy and sorry for themselves. Not happy as this was a birthday gift.

I ordered a bouquet at 8pm for delivery the next day for my aunt who was celebrating her 80th birthday and sadly lost her husband two weeks prior. My order was completed very quickly with me selecting the following day for delivery as it is stated that orders placed before 10pm will be delivered the next day. When I received the confirmation the delivery had been delayed by one day. I was unable to amend the date so immediately emailed customer services. I had a reply the following morning saying that the flowers I had chosen had sold our whilst I was completing the payment. It would have been so much better if I could have been given the option to select a different bouquet. I have used this company many times and the flowers are always excellent quality and last a t least 3 weeks.

I ordered these flowers as it promised a letterbox delivery. They were sent to a 94 year old for this purpose. This is the second time they have been left by the front door, without a card being left. She only realised that some flowers had been delivered when we rang her. Disappointing and not accurate response from Bloom and Wild

the flowers arrived mainly opened . this is not my usual experience of bloom and wild when I have ordered in the past all were buds and with care lasted 3weeks .I doubt that these will. Disappointing

The ordering process was easy and the flowers were delivered when I expected them to be. However they were a surprise for the recipient who it appears was not in when they arrived. They were placed outside behind a bin but no card was put through the door to inform her of this so were not discovered until the next morning and then really by luck! They were rather sad after a night outside. I just hope they survive and revive......not the best experience.

I ordered from Bloom and Wild for the first time last week, i chose three different delivery orders . Little disappointed as the Lorna Letterbox Flowers looked rather sparse from the photograph, which looked amazing .

I Recently purchased the 3 month subscription as a birthday gift for my mum. We were both really disappointed when they arrived. Very small bunch for what I had paid. I could have got much more value for money by purchasing a bunch of flowers from the supermarket!
