“Hi Service and delivery was fine for two of my orders but one was not received until the next day, order number 786406719. I know you warn about this but it was disappointing and then what was worse was the flowers only last a few days, some not recovering from their ‘sleep’ state. I hope future orders will not have the same problems.”

“Lots of choice of products and easy to opt for a convenient delivery date. Parcel arrived, very attractively packaged, undamaged and on day of choice. Not given 5 stars because photographic banner at start of display often drops down and conceals detail underneath which is is very annoying and frustrating”
