“The ordering process was quick and easy. The flowers were lovely good value for money HOWEVER. The royal mail failed to deliver the flowers to the door leaving them behind a log store away from the house and no note through the letter box. Unless I had followed it up they wouldn't have been discovered.”

“I ordered a hand tied bocquet for a work colleague who was recovering from an operation. The ordering process was straightforward, however the delivery was very disappointing. I received an email at 13:23 telling me in jubilant tones , “Nina had received her flowers”. Excellent, I thought, but no! I had to email Nina about another matter the next day and asked her if she had received the flowers. She emailed back to tell me she’d just found them at the other side of her gate but no card had been left so she didn’t know they were there. I doubt the delivery driver had even knocked on her door. Fortunately she said they were still in good shape and beautiful. It’s such a pity that your delivery company lets you down in this way.”

We do give our delivery partners permission to leave the deliveries in a safe place if they are not physically able to post them, but we'd absolutely expect them to do so sensibly to ensure they are hidden and secure. “Beautiful gift for my sisters Birthdsy. Flowers bloomed as you said they would and smelt lovely. I received a Mother's Day gift including tulips which had the bulbs on. I dried these out and have planted them in the garden so the gift keeps on giving. Excellent. Thank you Bloom and Wild”
