“Went to see my friend yesterday and the flowers I ordered through your company had arrived. I was disappointed. The bunch looked small very sad looking. I appreciate that they had to be fed but I could of gone to a supermarket and got a nicer looking bunch”

“I was very pleased with ease of ordering the flowers. Delivery was prompt. I chose a letter box option as I was not sure anybody would be there or as the recipient is a 90 year old I did not want the possibility of her having to get out of bed to accept deliver. I would have given 5 stars but as I did not see the results as I am overseas I hesitated to do so. However, the recipient seemed to be very happy with her flowers and card. I will definately be using Bloom &Wild services again probably at Christmas.”

“The variety of things on offer make gifts with a difference, not just flowers. Even so, the flowers that I have sent are usually 'Letter Box" ones and soon perk up and are known to last at least two weeks. Bloom and Wild are my go to company for all sorts, a birthday, congratulations, and a thank you.”

“Ordering from bloom and wild was very easy, the app is accessible and the ability to choose products for differing occasions and have add ons. The visual view of the flowers was lovely. I like the new points scheme. The flowers were delivered promptly. My only issue is the envelope did not contain the card with specified wording- this is a shame as it was the anniversary of a death. I would use bloom and wild again.”

“I have always recommended b&w; the packaging and delivery of perfect flowers...always a treat. However my last 2 orders have had to be placed over the phone. Previously the website process was troublefree, but now I struggle to go beyond the pay page which is frustrating.”
