“Always beautiful flowers, packed neatly in a box, ready to be lifted out and placed in a vase of water with the sachet of food. Then they spread their petals and look fantastic.”

“This is the first time I have used Bloom & Wild, and it was so easy to choose the bunch of flowers, and a card. Royal Mail then delivered the box of flowers. I was also alerted when the flowers were out for delivery and when they were delivered. I will definitley use this again!”

“Having received Bloom & Wild flowers myself, I now use them when I need to cheer someone up or for a birthday. The website is very easy to use and will remind you if there is a discount to be had - which is really helpful. Tha packaging is beautiful and the flowers last longer than shop bought. I would definitely recommend them.”

“Very disappointed with my experience with Bloom and Wild.I ordered the Megan arrangement for a very dear friend for her 90th Birthday- a very special occasion.My friend thanked me and sent photo of the flowers that arrived.I was very upset to see they did not look vaguely like the Megan arrangement. She had received largely Alstroemaries ,no roses and for me it was very sad. I have contacted Bloom and Wild who apologised ,offered a 50%refund to my payment card or 50%cr edit o an account. Sadly I will not be using the company again so the last offer was of no use.Also I will never recommend the company again after such a shabby service.I seriously hoped a delivery of the correct arrangement. Would be forthcomings but no such offer has been made. How the firm has made such a big error is unbelievable and then treats it so casually. I feel very let down and sad that although my friend graciously accepted the present it was not the gift I had hoped to giv e her on SUCH a special occasion. June Ashton Ref.787415808. KT13 9QS”
