“Last 2 orders have not arrived on time There is no contact number and the contact options online are no use as don’t work on a Saturday (flowers should have arrived Friday) These were ordered for an anniversary not a good look flowers arrive a day late makes it look like I forgot not happy”

“I just don’t get it, the flowers are great and arrived in perfect shape. Good quality as well. But I spent a small fortune and the first delivery arrived at 8.45pm at night. Tonight I’m sat here with a delivery time of 10.45pm to 12,45am… Who in the world can’t get there flowers delivered during the day time (morning)?? The delivery company Hive don’t seem to start working until 6.30om. Go to a company who appreciate your business (I spent approx £400) Apple Yard should prioritise your delivery.”

“Completely rubbish I received flowers that lasted only five days and dry they offered me a 50% discount loan where I have to buy flowers again from them but no refund I do not recommend”
