Very disappointed in this company as a first time buyer I never received my item it was deemed as the delivery driver living it somewhere In the open for anyone to take it. I told them I never received my item and they best response back was sorry you should call your local police.. the way the situation was dealt with was very poor and disappointing

Flowers arrived mouldy, no smell as advertised. No full refund , company make you order with a credit note plus £10 for more dead, mouldy flowers ! Appalling service. This was for my birthday gift, supermarkets sell better products ! Never again after being force to order with no cash refund

Daffodils delivered on time on a Sunday for St David’s day. My mum was really pleased with them and said they brightened up the house. They all look healthy and hopefully will last a while. Everything was easy to do. Ordering, paying and tracking delivery went smoothly.

Wow. Is literally all I can say. Not only did the flowers come on time but the service was exceptional from your follow up email of reassurance, the tips email with how to care. Then the flowers themselves. They are exceptional. I got these for my girlfriend for our anniversary this weekend. I've been shopping for flowers for over 15 years with M&S however, their flowers have recently dropped in quality. You've now gained a new customer! Please keep up the quality of the flowers and service. 5 stars!!!!

The flower which were delivered last week were of poor Quality ( previously very please with other flowers from you) I followed all your instructions for placing in water with flower food, my flowers usually last at least 2 weeks. Unable to download picture.

Not a happy camper. Birthday flowers for my wife with expected delivery time of 5pm to 7pm is way too late. You should ditch Yodel or I will ditch you.

Our son took out a year's subscription for flowers to be delivered monthly to my wife. While most of the deliveries had been acceptable the latest (and last, 12/12) delivery was extremely poor and contained flowers that were withered or mouldy. We have received substandard deliveries before but have not complained because we did not wish our son to be informed that his generous gesture had been a disappointment. However, this latest and last delivery was so poor that we have decided to complain.

The flowers arrived jaded and didn’t last 48hrs. Very poor particularly for the prices charged. I sent them to my wife so at least I was able to see them, I wouldn’t have known if I’d sent elsewhere as a gift as a recipient unlikely to say they’re rubbish! Won’t use again.

Beautiful orchid which was delivered quickly. Only thing I felt could be improved was the range of card designs - they were pleasant enough but felt a bit bland, especially if none of the specific special occasions apply. Some bolder designs to choose from would have been great

I recently ordered a Valentine’s bouquet from Appleyard London and while there was an issue with the initial delivery, I truly can’t fault the way it was handled afterwards. Johanna from the customer experience team was absolutely wonderful — so kind, responsive and genuinely caring in the way she dealt with everything. She took the time to listen, reassured me throughout, and arranged a beautiful replacement bouquet very quickly. The new flowers were stunning and completely turned the experience around. It really meant a lot to see how seriously they took the situation and how committed they were to making it right. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this personal and thoughtful. Thank you again to Johanna and the Appleyard team for going above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.
