“Really difficult to get assistance with orders, particularly subscriptions. 1. My 12 month subscription stopped after 3 months and I had to contact to get it restarted. I was not automatically going to be refunded for the missed delivery. 2. No simple way of changing delivery address on subscription. Appleyard forces you to go through FAQs that don't help, I used live chat but it wasn't set up to respond to subscription questions, it failed to connect me to a live agent, I tried WhatsApp and it also failed to connect me to a live agent. It's taken me 30 minutes and all I've managed to do is send an email and I have no idea when that will be responded to. Very disappointed to have such difficulty with a simple change. I will not be using Appleyard again for a subscription service.”

“Ordered 3 gifts for birthdays 1 order was 2 days late for 80th birthday Champagne and flowers the second order was a day late also for another birthday third order arrived on the proper day flowers were ok not great as pictured shows all I was offered was the delivery refund of £7.95 Not a good first time experience”

“Flowers and chocs arrived on time. However, the bunch of flowers was rather meagre for the price and began to wilt after 2 days The company responded to my complaint with an immediate refund and a complimentary bouquet. Very impressed with customer service”

“This was thefirst occasion I used Appleyard. The flowers (roses in a hat) were for our grandson on his Opening Night in the theatre in Cheltenham. They were costlier than others that we could have chosen, but the Customer Service was excellent; an initial contact with a name to email if there was a problem and a prompt response when I emailed to check that the flowers had been delivered. They had, our grandson was delighted and based on this experience I would use Appleyard again.”
