I had an issue and they dealt with it speedily and professionally so will 100% feel confident to use them again. Thank you. PS also took out the annual subscription as that is really worthwhile

Ordered a £118 bouquet of flowers. What arrived was nothing better than what you would expect from a petrol station. I have had no reply from Appleyard. I was so embarrassed when I turned up to the persons house who I sent the flowers too. The bouquet looks nothing like the flowers I ordered and paid for. Buyers of flowers be warned !

A recurring flower order for a friend's birthday did not show up this past Friday. I contacted the delivery service Yodel and Appleyard London asking for an update. Two days have passed and I have not had response from either company. This was after a poor deliver service for the recurring flower order the month before where they delivered the flowers after 22:00 and left them on the front walkway where someone could have come along and taken the delivery. The only way to contact the company is via email or chat and chat is not available on the weekends. Please proceed cautiously when order from this company.

100 roses were as I'd hoped for as a lot of flowers in the past I've ordered online were half dead when my wife received them.

I purchased some really nice flowers and a card. They were delivered quickly and were great value for money. Overall I was really pleased with everything. However, I think the cards could be improved. There is such a little amount of characters for plenty of card space and also emojis don’t get printed which I didn’t know about. Hopefully you can take some of this into consideration but thank you for the great service.
