Due to flowers were delayed ( which is okay, I understand that), they didn’t arrive at all until The flowers were brought to me 4 days later by a private individual from another town, who happened to find them. After all, customer service noted me that they will not accept any further orders from me or anyone who is related to this address! I don’t understand why? Because I asked for invitation, refund or new flowers for my wife! Birthday was ruined. I have all proof and evidence that flowers were dropped of by kind individual from other town. I just don’t understand why now I have been blocked by your team?

Birthday flowers for a special mum - completely ruined. Flowers turned up wilting, how do you expect anyone to bring them back to life once at this stage?! I have tried to contact these people, but there is no contact number - absolutely rubbish!! What do you intend to do about this @AppleyardLondon ?? Spend your money elsewhere if you want decent flowers sent to your loved ones.

Ruined the day, ordered flowers in advance to be delivered on my partner birthday, it kept saying it’ll be delivered today, and now it says it’s coming tomorrow; what’s the point my first time buying from here and I’ve had a bad experience. Order number 600535196

I Received some flowers from my son in Milan and was very disappointed at the quality of the flowers as very withered very quickly and I was very disappointed .

Awful - flowers for my daughter still not delivered more than 48 hours after delivery due. And nobody bothers to care about what’s happening or respond. Have now requested full refund. Do not use these amateurs

I received a bouquet from my work colleagues last Friday evening and by Saturday the roses had all flopped and thr leaves were all dry! Very disappointed we complained and still no replacement as they said they would! Bad service for the money spent

The order was not delivered as per the booking. It was arranged for the following day. I received an apology email and an upgrade in the flower number, but delivering the bouquet one day later and in a slot of 19:00-21:00 is very disappointing. If I knew this would happen, I would not order from this company, even if it was for free!

A beautiful bouquet arrived as a lovely surprise from my niece. Although I followed instructions, the lollies never opened but just rotted. The pink roses only started to open. After about 5 days I sadly had to throw all the flowers away.

Chased Appleyard and Yodel for details of my delivery to my mother which we can prove never arrived. Yodel website was still showing 3 deliveries before ours at 10pm last night l, this is despite it showing 5 more deliveries before ours 5 whole hours earlier. I followed up with yodel which showed another doorway lord knows where with a box?? We checked all surrounding streets this morning between 8 and 8:30am and no flowers or similar doorway in the entire neighbourhood. I contacted Appleyard customer service 3 times since last afternoon and no reply or follow up whatsoever. The have used Appleyard for every flower delivery for past 3 years and now I will have to review the situation as when there is a problem there is zero follow up your side l. As I stated in my emails to customer service . We have a ring doorbell and no courier van came past during these hours.

Three weeks ago I sent a bunch of flowers, lilies, roses, eucalyptus etc. I paid £45.00. They got delivered on the correct day albeit at 2110 hrs and had I not rung my daughter they would have sat outside all night. The roses were brown and only one came out, the lilies were just a branch of a main stem the eucalyptus was not what was shown and the rest was just filled out with green foliage. It is the worst bunch I have ever sent to anyone. What’s more I have been in touch with Appleyard but to date none has come back to me despite trying “live chat” emails etc. I am appalled with this company and would never recommend them to anyone. I hope this review goes live and the only way I shall rescind it is I receive a complete refund. Sally Myles

For Easter I was sent Decorum yellow in full bloom. But in one week despite following the instructions it was “over “. Very disappointing.

The worst experience ever. Do not use them. They did not deliver 2 out of 3 bouquets which were for members of the same family causing me huge upset & embarrassment. They still have over £100 of my money and no deliveries. It’s now almost a week. Do not use them.

I ordered black rose for my niece for mothers day from her children she always wanted black roses so I ordered her some never been so disappointed all the pellets had come off them ruined her day was offered 10 pounds off my next order or send my nice a replacement bouquet still waiting false promises so I have emailed them and told them not to bother I won't order for them again

100 daffodils delivered for my birthday, none opened and then dried up and died. My friend who sent them complained and a second delivery arrived. They were already dead. Absolute disgrace

The worst bunch of flowers I have ever purchased. I would never recommend Appleyard nor purchase again from this company. They advertise as luxury and show beautiful displays on instagram and via influencers. The bunch I received on Mother’s Day was embarrassing. The flowers were not in bloom, some were already wilted and dead. The bunch died completed within a week.

My flowers were a Mother's Day gift and were disappointing. All the roses were browning on the outside, and one chrysanthemum stem was broken. I expect they weren't cheap and definitely not worth the money!

Arrived dead the day after mother’s day despite me paying £19.99 for guaranteed delivery. Spoke to customer service about a refund and was told I’d hear back within 48 hours - that was 3 days ago.

I bought flowers as a Mothers Day gift. Two days later the flowers were withered and wilting. To top it off, the delivery driver just dumped them round the side of the house and didn't bother knocking. Luckily, I was at the property as my mum is disabled and she wouldn't have been able to go out and get them. I also gave the driver a telling off. Utter garbage and I'll be going elsewhere in future.

I received a very large bunch of daffodils on Sat 22nd March at 1.30 pm ; they were a Mother’s Day gift from my family. I trimmed the ends of the stems and placed them in water straight away. By Monday they had failed to open, I have taken two photos of them since as they have wilted and failed to open . I’m very disappointed and upset. My son will use the photos as evidence to claim refund .
