“Honestly I just click on any flowers list that had my partners favourite flower for a good price. I’m not even a flowers guy but must admit, that was the prettiest bouquet I’ve ever gotten her. Whoever prepared those flowers deserves a high five and a raise for sure. Outstanding Told everyone at work”

“I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my Mum for her 80th birthday. I ordered from Appleyard a week in advance and my order was confirmed. On the day of delivery no flowers turned up. I tried to call, but there is no phone number to speak to anyone so I went on to “live chat”. The representative told me that the flowers would still be delivered that day. The flowers did not turn up. I contacted the same representative the next day and was told that they could arrange for another bouquet to be delivered. I wasn’t sure as I had no confidence that a second order would turn up. Unfortunately the flowers did not turn up on the following day so I reached out to Appleyard again and my contact was escalated to a line manager. She apologised profusely and arranged for a replacement bouquet to be sent to my Mum on a date of her choosing. I received a lovely message from my Mum last night to say the flowers had arrived and "they were the most beautiful bouquet I have ever seen". Thank you Appleyard to putting things "right", and thank you from my Mum for her lovely flowers.”

“I ordered a July Birthday Bouquet for my wife’s birthday. I paid for special delivery as her birthday was on a Sunday. On the Friday ahead of the weekend, I received an email saying the Flowers were dispatched and it was with the courier (Royal Mail). Sunday came, the flowers didn’t arrive. Just an email from Royal Mail saying they will deliver next Monday. Appleyard customer service wasn’t available on the weekend (fair enough) so the flowers (or what was left of the bouquet) arrived at 11am Monday. I am sure the bouquet was beautiful but there wasn’t much of it to appreciate after 3+ days sitting on a warehouse with no water. If your business relies on couriers, the least you can do is to partner with one that actually delivers for you. If weekend deliveries is a problem, then don’t give customers that option and be the best you can from Monday to Friday. They did try to get things right when I complained. Unfortunately, this was the 2nd time this happened to me. Money refunded quickly. Not buying flowers from them again.”

“Customer service was good however 35% roughly of the flowers were spoilt. They quickly processed a refund but that's not the point. For the price I expect the absolute best. Even better than a local florist. But no”

“Beautiful flowers looked exactly as portrayed on the website. Delivered as stated on the day and was advised exactly as delivery proceeded only one downside to delivery was they were left outside my 92 year old mother's porch and as she is hard of hearing she may not have heard the doorbell, luckily I was advised of delivery so called her to let her know and she was thrilled with them.”
