“Have ordered flowers from Appleyard on many occasions, the flowers themselves have always been healthy and lasted over a week as they usually come in bud. The delivery was a bit hit or miss depending on the courier due to the delivery address being in a block of flats but ordered for a specific day recently and the latest courier delivered on time with no problems.”

“The only reason I’m giving Appleyard 2 stars and not 1, is because they did atleast attempt to rectify and have given me a full refund. A bouquet that was supposed to arrive on a Saturday, didn’t arrive until the following TUESDAY. Having sat in a box for 5 DAYS since being despatched on Friday the flowers were not looking their best when they eventually arrived. I live at the other end of the country from my family so sometimes sending flowers is the least I can do for occasions - if I can’t be there in person. This occassion was my sisters 60th. Whilst o appreciate the fault for late delivery lies with In Post (yodel), it’s still on Appleyard to ensure their delivery partner is up to the job. Unfortunately, I will not be using again as the embarrassment and upset of looking like I didn’t care enough to have something there for a loved one on their special day, just isn’t worth it.”

“I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the orchid I received today. When I opened it, the decorative stones were scattered everywhere, making a huge mess. The flowers were dirty, poorly presented, and already looked wilted, as if the plant had been sitting around for a long time. This is not the quality I expected, especially for something that should arrive looking fresh and beautiful. It felt like no care was taken before it was sent out. I definitely would not recommend buying from here, and I won’t be ordering again.”
