Beautiful orchid which was delivered quickly. Only thing I felt could be improved was the range of card designs - they were pleasant enough but felt a bit bland, especially if none of the specific special occasions apply. Some bolder designs to choose from would have been great

Flowers received on time and in good condition. Not too many actual flowers to be honest. Far too much greenery. Overall, not bad but not great.

I had an offer from my phone company to get Flowers from Appleyard. A small but but hopefully helpful criticism is that I would like to see a wider range of flowers on the website and not as much offers of flowers with chocolates or bubbly etc. As a man rushing to get flowers on my phone I'd like to see a big range of colours of flowers only. Maybe that's just me. I'm unable to comment on the actual flowers as I haven't spoken to the person sent to, but with experience of using many different flower companies before I can say that I would use Appleyard again with the biggest reason being the excellent quality of delivery and customer service. I did have one problem on requesting name of recipient on delivery sent day before as a correction, although this wasn't done as it was the day before delivery everything else was great. I had good delivery tracking, no delay and pictures sent to me proving delivery.

Bouquet arrived on time and as pictured on website (not always the case with online flower shops!). Competive price points on most bouquets, maybe slightly more expensive, but worth the extra couple of ££'s

Appleyard Flowers consistently delivers some of the most eye-catching and sophisticated arrangements I have ever seen, turning a simple bouquet into a genuine work of art that stays fresh for an incredibly long time. Every stem arrives in pristine condition, and unlike most florists where blooms fade within a week, these consistently remain vibrant and beautiful for over 2 weeks. I am also deeply impressed by their excellent customer service, which is always responsive and helpful, and the peace of mind provided by their price promise that ensures you receive premium luxury at a fair value. However, I am deducting one star due to the excessive use of plastic in the packaging; for a brand of this caliber, it is disappointing to see such a reliance on non-recyclable materials in an age where sustainable alternatives are so readily available. If they can modernize their wrapping to be more eco-friendly, this would easily be a flawless five-star service.

After a poor start Max at Appleyard worked some magic and made up for the initial failed delivery. My wife has now received a beautiful bouquet of roses and a refund for me. I am now allowed back in the house and life can resume happily.

My flowers arrived on time, after unpacking I noticed that some of the flowers were wilting after spending time in the box. I arranged them in a vase with fresh water and after a day or so they recovered.

The table piece was beautiful and a very festive addition to our table on Christmas day and the days that followed. The individually wrapped candles were a very nice touch. The only thing which didn't last very long were the white roses and I'm not sure how fresh they were when added to the centre piece (I ended up buying replacement roses from a florist). Apart from that print shipping too

Great website not the best had a bit of trouble ordering took 5 attempts. But they arrived efficiently and where absolutely wonderful.the present was received on time and they where very pleased with there flowers and when I saw them they looked wonderful very happy customer and friend.

The flowers were perfect but unfortunately the card was watermarked and slightly spoiled due to moisture from the Bouquet inside the packaging. I did feed this back to Appleyard and suggested a plastic sleeve might be a worthwhile precaution going forward.

Overall, good experience...although one order seemed to have been forgotten about until I 'checked' the status of my 2 orders the day before. The recipients seem happy with their presents.
