“Very pretty arrangement, smelt gorgeous, but didn't last 5 days, roses and lilies died in spite of changing the water.”

“The service was very quick and efficient. I would have given 5 stars but the courier let you down. The staff were extremely good and pleasant and polite. The lady who received the flowers absolutely loved them saying they knocked spots off interiors. She will use you in the future. Thank you”

“Completely rubbish I received flowers that lasted only five days and dry they offered me a 50% discount loan where I have to buy flowers again from them but no refund I do not recommend”

“I ordered flowers & champagne for my daughters birthday. Flowers arrived on time and were great but sadly no champagne. After correspondence with the excellent Customer services team the champagne was delivered a little late but with suitable compensation. We've previously had a 5 star experience wth Appleyard and expect to use them again.”

“I am disgusted - I ordered flowers for delivery today - they were despatched on Friday - this is not next day delivery and means the flowers have been in a warehouse for 2 days They should have told me and I would have asked for delivery on Tuesday Having complained, they dealt with my VERY WELL and as a result I would have no hesitation about buying again”
