It is very difficult to review Appleyard London as I sent flowers, prosecco and truffles to my daughter-in-law who lives 200 miles away! They were delivered on the right day, which is excellent, but I can give no opinion on whether they were as per the photographs or value for money because I have not seen them myself! Neither do I know who delivered it or if it was damaged in any way.

We received a bouquet of roses and lilies on our anniversary. Unfortunately, the roses started to turn brown in a couple of days. Appleyard were very apologetic, and replaced them very quickly. The new bouquet is lovely. Excellent customer service, thank you.

The flowers were lovely, the only thing was that most of the selection were only available for delvery after 1 July so that restricted the choice. thank you

Delivered on time for my parent’s anniversary - mum loved the Prosecco and chocolate truffles x However, Half the flowers were starting to wither and one rose was snapped.

Appleyard had a wonderful selection of flowers including seasonal options. The price was a little on the high side but the service was great. Arrived on time at the correct address with updates for tracking the order.

Good flowe, good delivery... the black ribbon was bit uncomfortable , had to go look for and buy a ribbon separately... like unless I specify funeral ... probably shouldnt go with black 🤣

The delivery was on time. My friends were delighted and when the new baby saw the teddy bear I'm told he immediately stopped crying which pleased the parents . Thank you

Flowers arrived on time and were mostly ok but a little crushed with a couple of heads broken off. I think Appleyard need to review how they package the flowers - especially something to protect the top of the flowers.

My Mothers Day bouquet was delivered on Monday, 24th March, rather than Friday, 28th, as requested. I followed your flower care tips and the bouquet looked quite pretty, except that there was too much greenery in relation to flowers. Unfortunately one of the spray of tiny rosebuds has already died and I don’t think that the other one and the two gerberas will last until Mother’s Day on Sunday, so disappointing. Monday, 31st March I was asked to contact the Customer Services department and I am very pleased with their prompt response and resolution of the problem. I was offered a replacement bouquet which I was happy to accept. Yesterday morning a lovely bouquet, which looks much fresher than the original, was delivered, so I had my flowers to enjoy on Mother's Day. Thank you.
