“The roses for my wifes wedding anniversary all arrived wilted, after 3 days they all looked awful and even worse today. To say disappointed is an understatement. Tried the Appleyard website complaint form which, when asked to upload pictures - surprisingly a error message appears and the complaint cannot be sent. Disgraceful”

“Appleyard supplied my beautiful ruby allure bridal bouquet which I absolutely loved! The colours were so vivid and deep, we also got our bridesmaids bouquets and buttonholes from ruby allure and everything arrived on time and looked amazing. Comms with the team were really clear and quick beforehand.”

“Following an issue with an order in July 2026, which was delivered late and completely missed the special occasion of our 40th wedding anniversary, I chose to give Appleyard Flowers the benefit of the doubt and place another order. On 17 July 2026, I ordered flowers for delivery on 2 October 2026 for my wife's birthday. Given the previous problems I had experienced, I deliberately placed this order several months in advance to eliminate any possibility of a late delivery. Unfortunately, the flowers did not arrive on the requested date and, after checking the tracking information, I was unable to determine when they would actually be delivered. Beyond missing the occasion itself, there is also the concern that when the flowers eventually arrive, they may no longer be as fresh as they should be, further diminishing the value of the product for which I paid. I contacted Customer Services, who were very apologetic and offered to arrange a fresh upgraded bouquet, together with a box of chocolates, for delivery on the next available date. While I accepted this gesture, I cannot adequately express how disappointed and frustrated I am that Appleyard Flowers has now failed on two separate occasions to deliver flowers in time for important family celebrations. The very purpose of ordering flowers for a specific date is to mark a significant event. A birthday, like a 40th wedding anniversary, cannot simply be celebrated retrospectively because a supplier or courier has failed to fulfil its commitment. Given the repeated nature of these failures, my confidence in Appleyard Flowers has been seriously undermined. While the response from Customer Services was professional and appreciated, it does not compensate for the fact that two important family occasions have now been spoiled by late deliveries.”
