“I ordered flowers from Appleyard for our 22nd anniversary and was so impressed with both the quality and service. The bouquet was stunning, the flowers arrived fresh and in perfect condition, and delivery was right on time. My wife was over the moon, which made the day even more special. “I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the orchid I received today. When I opened it, the decorative stones were scattered everywhere, making a huge mess. The flowers were dirty, poorly presented, and already looked wilted, as if the plant had been sitting around for a long time. This is not the quality I expected, especially for something that should arrive looking fresh and beautiful. It felt like no care was taken before it was sent out. I definitely would not recommend buying from here, and I won’t be ordering again.”

“TERRIBLE WEBSITE! Tried 3 times to order. After confirming with my bank and being redirected back to your site, it just keeps saying "contact customer support"! No telephone number, I have now used a well-known florist to get the job done more easily and quickly. Poor first-time experience.”

“Had some peony’s delivered from a friend to say I’m disappointed is an understatement most were fully opened and gone a manky brown colour around the edges. They’re a day old and already ready for the bin. I’ve had better bunches from Tesco for a tenner”
