I ordered based on an offer of 40% discount. The prices weren’t 40% off by any means, however I thought they looked nice and would arrive as required. When they did arrive I was very disappointed and the small size of the flowers, the lack of foliage, and the quality of the flowers themselves. To say the bouquet should have been over £50, I have seen better petrol station flowers. I was too embarrassed to gift them.

First time I've used these and last! Ordered flowers in Thursday for Mothers day, actually ordered them for Sat delivery but let me down No worries I thought as it was for the Sunday anyway, didn't deliver then either. Zero communication on Sunday just an automated email response. Utterly disgusted and for Mothers day as well (of which mine is battling cancer) I will demanding a full refund immediately and avoid this lot and stick to Interflora or someone way more reputable!!

Flowers did not arrive - I ordered them 3 days ago and paid £100! They were meant to be delivered to my address for Mothers Day and I even paid extra to get guaranteed delivery by 1pm. I really wanted to surprise my mum so I’m incredibly disappointed. Order number: 600513059

Unimpressed with bouquet as too many green foliage stems and not many flowers and very uninspiring flowers. Doesn't say if any of plastic is recyclable either and there is a lot to throw away, which I hate doing.

Sadly the daffodils that my son ordered for his mother for Mother’s Day are not good at all. They arrived Wednesday and didn’t look good when unpacking them and they are just about dead today. (Saturday) . The bunches I bought from M&S are still going strong. Maybe the gifted daffodils are just in transit too long or not the best choice for shipping

My Mothers Day bouquet was delivered on Monday, 24th March, rather than Friday, 28th, as requested. I followed your flower care tips and the bouquet looked quite pretty, except that there was too much greenery in relation to flowers. Unfortunately one of the spray of tiny rosebuds has already died and I don’t think that the other one and the two gerberas will last until Mother’s Day on Sunday, so disappointing. Monday, 31st March I was asked to contact the Customer Services department and I am very pleased with their prompt response and resolution of the problem. I was offered a replacement bouquet which I was happy to accept. Yesterday morning a lovely bouquet, which looks much fresher than the original, was delivered, so I had my flowers to enjoy on Mother's Day. Thank you.

Absolutely Gorgeous Hydrangea plant. Wasn't sure what to expect, i ordered the white and it arrived in a huge box so was well protected and im now 4 weeks on and it still looks amazing ....... Would definately recommend Xx

Ordered flowers and paid extra for the bigger size. When they arrived they looked nothing like in the photo. What I got was a few extra green leaves. Please see attached photos of what I should have received and what was actually delivered.. Contacted customer services and they really could not care any less…. Avoid.

I actually forgot my wedding anniversary, then i came across to Appleyard ordered night before and they delivered to the doorstep next day before afternoon with just normal delivery service! It was amazing and absolutely saved my day😇 many thanks to the team👏
