“Marvelous monthly bouquets, thoughtfully selected and arranged (would be '5 stars' based on that). However, experiences slightly marred by problems with the website and contacting Appleyard. The info one needs can be difficult to find (like when does our current monthly subscription end?) and how to readily resolve a missing delivery which somehow had been 'lost' of of the system. It also can be slow to navigate to place a new order etc.”

“This is not a review of their products which have always been lovely. But I will no longer be using this site as it is ridiculously hard to log in. I forgot my password and asked it to send me a reset to my email but despite four attempts it wouldn't accept my new password. I have now given up and wont be using them again”
