I’ve always been happy with my flowers and plants from here. However I’m not happy now. The wrong orchid was sent , so I emailed them several times without a proper reply. Day 4 and still waiting for the problem to be resolved. The wrong orchid that was sent has nearly finished flowering and is the type and colour. It was meant to be a present for tomorrow.

I cannot recommend this company. I received a box planted with narcissi for Mothering Sunday. They were badly packed, and had obviously been en route for several days, so the young leaves and flowering stems were bent double. Five days later they still look grotesque. I completed the complaint form accurately, but it said it could not find a record of the order number. I have just tried to attach a photo, but it said it could not update the file. What a shambles!

I received a lovely bouquet 💐 for Mothers Day and therefore, ordered a bouquet myself for my Mother-in-Law, which was delivered the following day. Great service!

For the love of God never use this appalling company, ordered my mother flowers for mothers day. They arrived three days late, and mostly dead. We were offered a refund, but no apology. This is by far the worst company that i have ever had the misfortune to use. Absolutely pathetic.

The flowers were delivered on time and of superb quality. My only gripe and hope that it is an easy remedy - I ordered 2 sets of flowers for different people. They arrived at the same time. However, they had to be opened to find out who they were for. Need to put name on delivery label.

The flowers were beautiful when they arrived, I had two arrangements from my two children. I did what the instructions said, two days later the roses on both arrangements started to look very sad, and today I had to get rid of a few. Not happy knowing how expensive they are!
