Roses arrived on time - but leaves were already dry and falling off. After a few days the flowers were very sad and disappointing. Not the quality I expected - we have used Appleyard many times but will now look elsewhere.

Received the flowers for mothers day. The box was impressive but the flowers not so. A sparse bunch. Lots of greenery more so than flowers. 2 single roses are still going and look beautiful, however the 2 singles with multiple rose buds on each never opened and were dead and wilted within 3 days. Such a shame. Not sure what cost was but i would say probably not worth the money. My supermarket flowers last me weeks!!!

I am a recipient of Appleyard Flowers on 31/3/25. However this morning 2/4/25 I woke to find dead peach spray roses!! Aghast from a sad recipient of Mother’s Day flowers although they came a day late. All instructions followed and happiness reigns with rest of bouquet. Please note previous deliveries were healthy living flowers for a good week plus with repeated water refreshments! Just wanted to share with Appleyard Flowers and not go through my daughter who would be upset to know this especially as she’s purchased a three-month subscription! Lola I’ve tried downloading a photo of dead roses but your system doesn’t allow me too!

The flowers were excellent however, I’m unsure if I would use Appleyard again unless I can figure out how to have fewer emails. Before the flowers arrived there were so many emails it was only a matter of time before the recipient saw one come through and the surprise was spoiled.

Ordered flowers for mother's day with delivery on Saturday. Unfortunately the delivery wasn't made until Monday and the flowers were past their best. I'm not sure where the fault lies for the original issue but Appleyard sent a replacement which arrived on Tuesday and refunded 50% of the order value. Unfortunately mother's day was missed but Appleyard did try to put it right.

Flowers looked very lovely for first three days and even after cutting stems and changing water the roses then began to droop.

After a disappointing valentines flower delivery and initial poor customer service., Max stepped in and took over. My star rating is based on the quality of flowers sent not the customer service from Max

The recipient tells me that the flowers are lovely, and I realise that you cannot guarantee delivery times, but I am disappointed that the delivery was at 8.50pm and left in my friend’s porch as I assumed that would only happen if they were out.

* Reviewed my review to be more accurate Unfortunately the flowers were late in arriving these were ordered for the wife of a dear friend who was really poorly but unfortunately he passed away before they arrived so it was sort of okay due to the lengthy late delivery there was a enough time lapse with delayed delivery that it wasn't to much of an issue

Product was as far as we know good but we paid extra for the 2 hour delivery slot option and expected to be able to select a 2 hour slot. What actually happened was at 9:15 on the day we were told that they would be delivered between 14:34 and 16:34. The sort of service you frequently get as standard with Amazon deliveries.

The flowers are nice, but it could be packed better. I ordered flowers from you before and they're were always packed nice and arrived standing up in the box. This time flowers were just dropped in the box and one side of the bouquet was a bit damaged.

The flowers were good but did not look as good as I thought they would from your pictures on the website. There were not as many flowers as I thought there would be. I am hoping the second bouquet will be better.

I ordered a bouquet for my parents wedding anniversary and paid the extra for a slightly larger bouquet and when it arrived it was rather small - I’ve used Appleyard before and always been happy with the service but was rather disappointed on this occasion.Delivery driver left the bouquet outside on the doorstep too- lucky it wasn’t raining

Very pretty bouquet , the white roses were lovely but the hydrangeas died after two days and had to be thrown away
